Only used the bed and it sucked. Pillows sucked bed was hard and uncomfortable left at 6am cause I couldn't sleep.
The manager was excellent. She made accomodations for our special need. She followed up to see if we were satisfied. (that impressed me) Breakfast was better than I'd make for my family at home so I was pleased. Hotel was easy to find.
It was very clean. But way over priced. I can stay at the Holiday Inn in Fargo for cheaper than what I paid there. Never again
The location was just what we needed. We arrived earlier than normal check-in, and the manager on duty accommodated us by giving us a room anyway. We were very appreciative of that! Nothing in particular was wrong with the room, but I do think it is overpriced. I paid as much for this room as I have for 3 star hotels with much more space. The room was clean, but very small, and it was very warm in the room. Toilet was very noisy.
Very poor pillows. Not a large selection of breakfast items.
The place was moderately clean. The place was in real need of a total upgrade.Everything was outdated. No refrigerator or microwave. The breakfast very much below grade.T he only person we ever saw do anything was the hotel manager, who appeared to be a one man show...never again!
It was cheap and it was close to the client I was visiting. I also like the café that is located next door to the hotel. The hotel is in serious need of upgrading. In comparison to other hotels I stay at (and I stay at a lot), this is a very old hotel.
Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The few requests we had were taken care of right away even though there only seemed to be one person working from check in to check out. He was helpful and friendly with each encounter. Though all of our needs were met this hotel seemed to only have 1 employee. This place was under remodel so the oder from the glue or new carpet was understandable, but quite strong. The dining area was somewhat congested, but again due to construction. We would stay here again.
