Because we booked through Expedia, we were told to take it up with Expedia. They were unhelpful and rude. The room was dirty (stuff on walls and headboard) and smelled of smoke.

Upon leaving I noticed the hallways were also very dirty. This was Harvey's South Lake Tahoe, I will not be back there.
