Pros: Beautiful sea view on the harbor front from our room. Stonehaven is a pleasant small village with just enough of the artsy and natural beauty combined to make for a very pleasant stay. Convenient to Aberdeen, about 1 to 1-1/2 hours from the airport, and about 45 mins to the center.
Cons: Pub food is good but do not expect gourmet eating and fine wines. More of a place to eat simply and enjoy a typical lively pub atmosphere.
