Everything was great at the hotel

Never using kayak again since the rates were cheaper if I had don't business with the hotel directly. Also the pool was closed for maintenance which was not stated anywhere on the kayak site. Never using kayak again.

Pool, king size bed, flat screen TV.

Size of bathroom, wall unit air had mildew odor.

Free breakfast nothing but toast , jelly,English muffins , store bought package of donuts and 2 kinds of cereal. Coffee was good though

Not much! The barking dogs in the hotel on the third floor and the loud, disruptive, late-arrival people on the third floor made for a long, agonizing night.

Dogs barking; disruptive foreigners during sleep time. We spent a fearful, restless night at this hotel. Management did not utilize a plan to deal with these disturbances. Never again.

My review on this hotel is very poor. Staying overnight was a terrible, scary experience. Why were the dogs barking? Why were rooms rented so late at night to so many people? Why all the banging and hitting noise? I saw no police. The next morning these disruptive people took over the dining area for breakfast. The rest of us waited and waited to fill our plates and left to our rooms rather than deal them. My family was on vacation. I will not trust Comfort Inn for my next vacation in about six weeks. I called the front desk, I walked to the elevator to see what was happening, I felt scared ...

Its close proximity to highway.

Front desk does not have toiletries available (not even for purchase).

It was the most reasonably priced motel in the area that weekend at $---/night plus tax. And it was easily accessible from the highway.

Everything else.

The in-room AC didn't work well at all - cranked down to 65 degrees and still felt like 80. Judging from the musty aroma, I would be surprised if they've ever cleaned the carpets. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the sheets were sandpaper...unless that itchy feeling was bedbugs, but I choose not to think too hard about that. The TV had to be a 480i from 2005 - the picture was that bad. I was there 3 nights and not once was my trash emptied or the bathroom restocked. I used the last 2 facial tissues in the bathroom the first night and they were never replaced. I think they straightened the bed and pushed around a vacuum and that was it. If I thought I had half a shot at a refund, I would kick a fit. Don't stay there if you can find anywhere else in a half-hour radius.

breakfast was down to not much left and/or dried out by the time we went in to eat.

Overall it was very good!

Staff was very nice and helpful! Rooms were very clean!

You might want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
