Sundsvall Hotels

I choosed this hotel because of its history, and I was not disappointed.The room was nice and modern with old style, such as old doors and great ceiling height with stucco work around the ceiling. It had a ceiling lamp which is very unusual in hotels. The bathroom was also nice and functional. Comfortable bed, good breakfast buffé and friendly staff. WIFI was available but I don't know the price. The room price was a bit higher than in other hotels in Sundsvall, but I choosed it anyway because I hadn't stayed here before. The staircase is of course something special, but also the broad corridors to the rooms (would be much more narrow and ugly in recently constructed hotels). I will surely stay here the next time I come to Sundsvall.

Nice hotel in a very nice town, just a 2 minutes walk from the heart of the town

Very god resturant in the hotel Swimming pool and training rom was closed

this is a very central hotel and good value for money. Good food in the restaurant and free coffee on vend in foyer. Hotels pool is out of commision.

Very nice gym. Good food and nice staff. It was not 100% clean at the room.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent bed. Nice view over the harbour. Good performing Wifi in the room, charge was waived. Hotel restaurant had summer closure (however a variety of restaurants are available on only a few minutes walking distance) . Hotel garage has very limited capacity and needs to be reserved. Some of the hotel parking places are extremely diffcult to manoevre into without hitting pillars or other cars. Public parking spaces in the vicinity of the hotel were all occupied, and we saw signs of car burglary there (shattered windscreens).
