10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the attention given to us by the very friendly and thoughtful hostess and host: Patricia and her husband Tommy. We have stayed in 4 B&Bs during our recent holiday in Ireland and the breakfast prepared by Patricia and Tommy was the best we had because of the huge variety and quality therein. I predict no one could eat it all. The full Irish breakfast with variations was delicious plus the fresh fruit and in addition Patricia made some delicious scones with jam and cream. Our room and spacious bathroom were adequate for our needs. This B&B is ideally suited for visiting Ballina and other nearby regions.
Cons: That we only stayed there 2 nights. Not enough time to see and do in the Ballina and surrounding regions.

Cons: Bar closed at 11pm. Nice relaxing music needed in bar drawing room etc believe me this is badly needed if you want your guests to be comfortable! On check out no friendliness, no goodbye or how was your stay .. not good! Better toiletries needed in bathroom why not use local voya??
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful
Cons: The whole package and loved the woods
7.5 Good
Pros: * Location - it felt very safe and secluded yet it was only circa 10min drive from Ballina town centre and 20 mins away from Enniscrone Beach and a walkpath if you fancy a little stroll on the property. * Cleanliness - the room place was very clean and tidy, very commendable. * Breakfast - yummy and portions were huge. If you are a small eater like myself, it is worth to notify the server that you don't need the full portion (esp the scrambled eggs :-))
Cons: * Room was warm. * We arrived at the hotel and was told everything was paid for already as they have processed through the credit card we provided (we were also handed the receipt of full payment for 2 nights). But when we left, we got charged extra for the girls' roll away beds. We didn't think we will be charged as the room was very cramped due to the roll up beds... so, in the end, felt like we got hit by small prints and details.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, 5 star food in the restaurant, short walk to Ballina, wonderful woods, perfect break away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: See above.
Cons: Could not find a fault. What a wonderful place to stay. I loved it and cant wait to go back. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It's an amazing building and I loved the history of it. Stephen did a brilliant guided tour of the castle. The room was really quaint and comfortable with everything that was needed. The dining room is so unique as is the bar and lounge. There were preparations ongoing for a wedding and I got to see the banquet hall in all its splendour. The grounds and forest walk are also fantastic. I really want to return and experience it all again. Thank you to all at Belleek Castle.

Pros: Bed and pillows were lovely. They were waiting for us with a smile on their faces that makes you feel like home. Next day in breakfast, she made notes of everything you want and kept it for next day. Very simple but very clever. They went to get soya milk for us because I can't drink milk, it was a very nice touch. There was water in the bedroom every day and this is not common in b&b. It was a small detail again but very nice. Those guys deserve 10 for their customer service and facilities.
Cons: Nothing bad about the place. Maybe pancakes as an option for breakfast but please don't see this as a complaint, it's a suggestion.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A good place to stay for exploring Ballina and its surroundings. It is an easy walk into Ballina for an evening meal etc. The full Irish breakfast was excellent, and we could have had more food if we had wanted. The room was relatively small, but clean and decent for what we wanted.
Cons: The walk along the road into Ballina wasn't so good, with brambles growing across the path. It is much better to walk through the nearby housing estate down to the river and into Ballina that way.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Found it a pleasant place to stay .
Cons: Could not to say I disliked anything about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness advice and food especially..

Pros: Lovely room and views. Staff friendly and food excellent Spa excellent
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room was simply amazing. So good that we ordered room service breakfast so we didn't have to leave. The outdoor hot tub and sharing seaweed bath were just beautiful too, so relaxing!
Cons: The only one thing that I didn't enjoy about our entire stay was having to walk through the afternoon tea dining room in our bathrobes on route to the spa. It was quite busy at the time we were passing through and it was just a little uncomfortable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The Moy estuary views were top class and it was very relaxing listening to the gentle sounds of its rushing waters.
Cons: The heavy duvet on the bed was far too warm for this high summer time of year. Suggest you put a lighter sheet under the duvet as a light alternative. We asked that this be done ✅ at reception and it was promptly acted upon which we really appreciated.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel and staff
Cons: Distance from centre is more than 0.7 mile
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The design of the room, so you get to face the water and watch the birds. Hotel is very clean, the tub is very nice as well. Enjoyed the quite room, and the afternoon tea is not bad either.
Cons: While you are facing the water, keep in mind others can see you as well, occasionally kayakers would wave and say hi to you while you are in bed. lol The restaurant is nice but really overpriced.
6.8 Good
Pros: Food in the restaurant was exquisite and staff were very helpful.
Cons: Spa area wasn't great, one hot tub not fully functioning and those in the restaurant and anyone walking past on the street above could see the outdoor spa area so not very exclusive or luxurious feeling. Sound in the bedrooms travelled A LOT from the bathroom.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfy room and views
Cons: Cooked breakfast could have been better ,toast was cold. The full brekfast was just average.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the architecture, balcony, view and food. We only stayed while passing through, so I can't comment on location (re: things to do) but the hotel itself was a great location.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was lovely, location was good distance from town, beds were on soft side, no leisure centre and feel there should be no charge to use outdoor tub spa and steamroom. otherwise nice. Town very dead.
Cons: as above

Pros: Easy to find, pet friendly and the owners very warm and welcoming. The facilities are basic but the beds were surprisingly very comfy. We had a restful break and will recommend it .

Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was a quiet and peaceful place. The hosts were attentive and friendly, the breakfast was great too. I feel bad that I had left my mouse and mouse pad there and the host express posted them to my next destination at their own expense which would have eaten into their modest income from our stay.
Cons: A little bit hard to find on the GPS as we did not have data roaming and therefore could not use google map.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast. Was made to my liking. At a time of my choice as i was up early for work.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location.great staff, extremely comfortable beds.nice basic continental breakfast.everything we needed for nice comfortable stay.
Cons: The only suggestion I would make would be to provide a heater in room.the reason being you can't depend on weather and unfortunately we got drenched returning to Bnb.would have been nice to have a choice of having a little bit of heat while drying ourselves off,as nobody would want central heating at this time of year a plug in heater would have been great.just a suggestion.it was very cold the day we were there.just bad luck.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location (only a few mins walk to Basilica), nice decor, cosy and comfortable furniture in living/TV room, bright spacious and very clean bedroom/ensuite, lovely continental breakfast - suited myself and my mum perfectly, and enjoyed the chats with owner and his family.
Cons: Nothing major, there wasn't anyone to greet us on arrival (note to say go two doors down to a sister-property) the young girl Roisin was lovely and checked us in, but afterwards we realised we had a few queries, so rang the mobile and spoke to someone, then the owner came and answered everything and was very accommodating.
