I like my suit room soooo spacious and fabulous breakfast; excellent service in the reception, the Wilmot resto, concierge. the location is superb in the middle of shopping paradise with many kind of restaurants and next to China town where you can get cheap but quality food in Market city.
limited view from window for our room and other rooms has no view at all.
Great location, quick access to the Town Hall train station and an easy walk to Darling Harbour. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are huge and the building is Art Deco with a beautiful lobby. Rooftop pool is small but great for a quick dip and the bar area is large and comfortable for lounging.
My bed was really uncomfortable on the first night, but they switched our room immediately when I rang up about it, and sent chocolates and a card to say sorry, and then apologized again when we left - so I really can’t complain, they were very good about it.
Loved the position of this fabulous historic hotel. The concierge at the front door was so lovely. All of the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The architecture and furnishings in the hotel exuded a Art Deco style laid back ambience.
The air conditioning did not seem to work in our room but fortunately it was a nice temperature in Sydney at the time. Also better window furnishings could be used to reduce the amount of light and noise from the street.
They are so friendly and accommodating
Can’t fault it
Clean, modern, staff are all great
