Pros (+) Staff was helpful and spoke English. The room was quiet and the hotel was in a very good location. Easy access to the metro lines and plenty of food and nearby parks. The included breakfast was very good.
Cons (-) The hot water in the shower did not work. We called down to the desk and inquired about it and they said let it run for 1-2 minutes. It had been running for 10 minutes when we called. Luckily the water in the bath was hot. The gym was shut down for renovation. The laundry service was ridiculously overpriced. Luckily there was a nearby laundromat where we could do laundry.
