a very shabby and tired hotel, with all the trappings of muddiness, something broken, something worn to holes, the smell of damp everywhere.
Pros (+) Didnt stay at the hotel
Cons (-) Tell your visitors upfront when it’s hotel is under renovation , 3 out of 6 friends had asthma , Jason the manager transferred out party to Doubletree In Rocky Point off hwy 60 No Suite 2 beds horrible stay wasn’t satisfied with this stay at all , was inconvenient in every way lossy.
Pros (+) The bed was comfortable
Cons (-) The staff was surly and that’s being generous. Property was very old and in disrepair - as an example: my toddler touched a handrail in the elevator and it essentially fell off. No elevator in parking garage, no trash cans outside in the valet area. I’ve stayed in many, many Hilton properties over the years and this one was at the bottom end of the quality/value.
Pros (+) Friendly staff, excellent room, and the usual full Embassy Suites breakfast. Checked in late for a two night stay. No problem. Room was ready. The hotel is extremely convenient. Large mall across street. Bucs stadium close. Had 3 busloads of Oakland Raider fans in the hotel on second night. Also close to airport with shuttle service available. We'll be back.

Pros (+) The hot breakfast was fantastic! Eggs and omelets made to order, yummy baked goods and lots of options to choose from. Also the staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktail hour was a nice touch, too. Bed was comfy and room clean.
Cons (-) I would've liked a soaking tub or jacuzzi in the suite. Also there was no channel guide in the room so we had to go through all the channels to figure out what was what.
