Pros (+) Location, friendly and efficient staff, cleanliness
Cons (-) Over charged for parking. One of our cars was charged for overnight and daily rate when it was there from 11pm to 4 pm. One of the great things about this hotel is the secure parking, but this policy is pricey.
Pros (+) Kwaz did a great job before we got there. Andrew did a great job checking us and checking us out. Housekeeping also did a good job keeping the room in order.
Cons (-) Toilet tank was wobbly so toilet seat would come crashing down unexpectedly.

Valet Parking people were superb in providing customer service - they really like what they are doing - no matter the time of the day.

Pros (+) The club level rooms with river view are gorgeous! Located in between two bridges that light up and right in the middle of River Walk, it is a great stay. The club lounge has breakfast in the morning (eggs, grits, bacon, sausage) and snacks throughout the day. Bottles of water and soda cans available too.
