I liked very much the personal attention that I was given by two members of their staff Mrs.Tanja and Mr.Markus The quality level of the room was under no circumstances equivalent to a four stars hotel and definetely we were overcharged and unfortunately we had absolutely no understanding from the manager of the hotel Mrs.Rigele herself which was really a shock having in view this is a family owned hotel and they only stand by their reputation
Extremely friendly staff and dedicated services for each person almost targeting perfection!!! Great experience! I was a little bit dissapointed about the diferrence between the website presentation about location, suggested right on the slopes and next door to ski school. In reality is not ski in/out facility and the school is close but not next door. Actually for the meeting point you should walk in ski boots about 400 meters and cross the main road. And for ski slopes you should walk in any direction at least 200 meters. Maybe it's not too far but I've chosen this hotel because of ski in/out and ski school location . The rest is perfect!
Friendly staff, grweat location, lovely spa and swimming pool the single room had no view and no bath but i think i got the last room so fair enough! i saw some doubles which were fantastic

The location was its strongest point. It is located 50m just across bridge 5 right at the slopes. The hotel staff was young, friendly and helpful. The beds were horrible. The mattresses offered no support. They were soft with a big dip in the middle and tilted to one side. We changed our room once while we were there. The beds in both rooms had the same problem. Those mattresses need to go. The hotel has no English channels available (No BBC, CNN, HBO, etc.). Hotel Kohlmayr is not a bad hotel but it is way too expensive for what it is. We paid 105.00 EUR per person per night. I cannot recommend this hotel for this price.
