Very cute waterpark but maybe better for kids under 7. outdoor jacuzzi was closed due to icicles. not crowded, and has a bar just for grownups. Small enough to let kids under ten go on their own.

We went for the waterpark. Mid week was perfect in the month of Jan 2024. Would recommend. We went with a 7 years and 12 years old. Perfect for all the rides at 48 inches tall. Room were quiet but there was some typical noise in the hallway at night. Food is pricey on the resort. Rakuda Ramen was good and kids enjoyed. Flowrider was included which was fun to try.
