Pros: Fun activities in the nature with very helpful and friendly instructors. Clean nice house with great view to the jungle. Next to waterfalls and river. For nature lovers. Loverly way to enter the resort.
Cons: You cannot choose other restaurants but its own restaurant. Not super clean but ok.
Pros: Very quiet location where you are close to nature.
Cons: My wife and I had to carry our luggage up and down steep river banks to get to the boat which ferries you from the parking lot to and from the hotel. In all fairness the night attendant helped us get or luggage to the boat. But then we were dumped on the opposite shore to pack our luggage up steep slippery banks and find the hotel in the dark. Coming back out we packed the luggage all the way while staff looked on. We are in our 60's.
Pros: The location is amazing. The staff need to be trained properly and food prepared better if they want to charge the prices they do.
Cons: Food price. Staff service. Books and resources on hand to understand the nature. More walking paths set up and diversified. Greater attention to finer details needed. Airport pickup service for non local tourists.
