Pros (+) Office staff very friendly , even provided us with plastic ware when our to go food order included none. Pricing was somewhat of a value. Bathroom was very clean.
Cons (-) Bugs in room, not roaches but some kind of flying very small insects. Carpet could have been vacuumed better and noticeable dust on flat services. Noise noticeable. Room below us woke us up about 5 am with couple fighting and children screaming .... not sure if hotel could do anything about that. TVs and cable service could use some updating. Exterior hallways very dirty, didn't look like much att...

Pros (+) Room was old but had been updated. Linens were clean and bed very comfortable. Air conditioner was fairly quiet-unlike some other locales. Room was large for the cost. No complaints for the price charged. Would stay again.
Cons (-) No in-room coffee.
