Staff was great once we were there.
A day before our departure I called to check up on our reservation , and I was told there was none , I told them I had booked with booking . Com and would call them back after I checked my paperwork, I called and I was told there was still nothing , I was told to show up and they would arrange something for us , I said I have the paperwork in my hand , I asked if she could please check her computer and she said she had too many people in front of her and didn’t have time . I had no choice so after my flight I showed up at their reception desk and they still didn’t have any reservations for me , but were able to accommodate me anyway. Aside from that my stay was great... I don’t know who was in the wrong here Hotel Gina or booking . Com.
