The staff were excellent, breakfast was okay, however Facility was basic and clean.

Very close to the main square in Fira, also very close to the bus terminal. The view from the room was unforgettable. Customer service - 10/10. The transfer to the port was great and a reasonable price.

Really nice and helpful staff. The location was also just right: walking distance to the bus station, the supermarket, Lucky Souvlaki's, and also near the start of the Fira-Oia hike. If you wanna avoid the sunset crowd at Oia, watch it from the hotel balcony instead (which I didn't do as I only had one night). Breakfast was lovely too and more than adequate.

It was a convenient location for the town. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast.
The "sea view" rooms are a DISTANT view of the sea, it is not that closeby and the room actually overlooked a parking lot.

Clean, nice staff, only a few hundred metres to loads of bars and restaurants for legendary Santorini sunsets. Use their taxi shuttle instead of those at the port. Unless you want a trip around Santorini in a sweat box crammed with people and luggage.
A pool would be nice, but the location with views out the front is a better luxury
