Dinner at the, on premise, Safari Club was delicious with excellent service. I have stayed at this Days Inn on many occasions to enjoy the hot springs at the Days Inn and other spas in the park.
Location. Comfortable bed. Convenient room entrance. The taxidermy and hundreds of photos of trophy hunting including. Room wasn't ready at scheduled time. Housekeeping came 1/2 hour before check out time.
Location and convenience Where do I start? 112 dollars a night for a room with a terribly uncomfortable bed and pillow, the bathroom was dirty and our room was right on the corner of a busy area, making it easy to hear every passer-by's conversation. Dog friendly hotel, which I admire, because I do love dogs, but woke up to dogs barking in the room upstairs at about 7am. I've stayed in places like this before but usually expect the quality because the cost was much less. Totally not worth the money!
no microwave, limited TV channels, did not like parking not assigned to rooms, so some days had to park far away, very small pool towels-PLEASE HAVE MORE DRAWER SPACE..... FOR TWO PEOLE 4 NIGHTS NO ROOM FOR CLOTHES!!!!
We appreciated that the Days Inn was pet-friendly. Location is super convenient to the Hot Springs State Park and pools. Room was clean. Hot tub and spa/workout facility were great amenities to take advantage of. Love the pictures and mounts, lots to talk about with the kids! Staff was friendly. The hotel decor is a bit dated. Food in the restaurant was fine, our steaks weren't that great, but the homemade meatloaf and mashed potatoes were really good.
Everything we wanted to do was right there in the park. The location was perfect! Our bed was very very firm. Having a room at the end of the hall by an exit and the pool was incredibly loud both night and first thing in morning. We could hear everyone.
The room was really nice & clean. There was a desk, fridge, & microwave, which all came in handy. Our room also had a rocking chair which was perfect for rocking our baby to sleep. The continental breakfast was okay, needed more variety for the hot items. I stayed at this hotel because they had an indoor hot tub and pool. Sadly the pool was too cold and un-level, the concrete was breaking apart & coming up on one end of the pool and it felt unsafe. The hot tub was too hot & the jets weren't working.
Great friendly staff. Picked this hotel, out of cheaper options, for the pool and hot tub, but both were closed, and stayed closed for the whole 3 days. Really a bummer. The 'fitness room' is a closet with a bike and treadmill, so don't get your hopes up there either.
hot tub, breakfast, and beds, fridge in room, fire sprinkler system. electric outlet behind tv was falling out, screws holding security latch on main door were loose, some molding in the bathroom was missing. Seat on toilet was loose.
Easy to find, had nice lobby The pool was not used due to the people there. Overall Thermapolous sounded better when reading about the town but did not live up to the expectation. It would have been better if there was actual mineral water for hot tub used, town famous for it.
Housekeeping- We stayed 2 nights.Bed making-the bedspread only was pulled up, blanket and sheet were left as they were. We found toenail clippings from former guests on floor. Free breakfast left a lot to be desired- cold and little available.
The staff was nice, location was good. Room had a hole in the wall that was poorly patched, smoke detector was missing with wires hanging from ceiling. Exposed electrical wiring in the hallway. The back doors did not lock, so the hotel was not secured.

A big room that accommodated all of us. Breakfast could have been better
The room was recently updated and very clean. The breakfast was horrible. The prepackaged items were okay but the hot items were horrid. They would do much better to have grab and go items if they are going to have take eggs.
The room was great it was clean and I love the bunk we are a family of 5 it's really hard to find a hotel that suites us. Breakfast was great The pool was so cold
very noisy during the night
Historic building in lovely state park. It has been tastefully updated and restored. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and really enjoyed it no restaurant but there is one across the street so it is really no problem
Clean, comfortable room with nice amenities. Conveniently located not far from the highway (but far enough to eliminate traffic noise) and next to Hot Springs State Park. One of the better complimentary breakfasts to be had. Lack of elevator and open-air hallways (but that at least face a fenced courtyard, so no security concerns there) are very slight annoyances, but such things are the price you pay for staying in a beautiful old building.
Rooms where clean.Close to Hot Springs. Older motel.
The bed was comfortable I didn't like the cooling system on how I think blows
it was close to the park. It was dingy outdated and not a place that I would recommend to anyone. The ceiling was water damaged and looked like it was going to cave in and the comforter had a cigarette burn in it. Knobs missing on furniture floors were not clean. Don't stay there!
Room was filthy, there were spiders and other bugs all over the bathroom. You could barely open the door to the room and it was just not a pleasant experience. I will not be staying here again!
Pleasantly surprised by a small kitchen with stove and oven. Simple, clean hotel for a good price, which is what we needed in a pinch.
We never got in this hotel. When we arrived at 9:30 am in town to begin tour of park, hotel was closed. Note on door said open at 1 pm. Very unusual for hotel. Windows were open/broken, a/c was not in evidence, no personnel on premises, (cont below) parking lot was empty and unused. We went on tour and lunch and returned at 1:30. Hotel was still closed so we called ahead and went to our hotel for next night. Terrible experience--not sure I would ever permit booking again.
Nothing. The fact that I was conned into this room for a price above the actual rate. I will no longer use Priceline for my business trips.
Older, but well-maintained property within walking distance of Hot Springs State Park. (I think I can remember the motel from when I was a kid, some fifty years ago.) Cooled with a swamp (evaporative) cooler. Some street noise. No amenities, but staff is very cordial and helpful. Room rates are a lot higher than they should be for a 1950s vintage property, probably due to Thermopolis' being a resort town. Other than that, I found it an adequate place to stay for anyone who just wants a basic place to sleep.
The 10 am check out.
Friendly staff....pet lovers whose dogs loved to come and visit you in your room It was a quite nights stay in comfortable beds (2 doubles) Thermopolis has suffered tough times and many businesses are vacant and run-down. There is only a Chinese restaurant and a decent restaurant at the golf course close to town. It is a town that has no great reason for a traveller to stop...sadly!
Friendly and welcoming staff. At door parking. Comfortable beds. And has fridge and a microwave! Room's thermostat was broken? Either that or the building's temperature is control at the main office. It was a bit cold.
