Nothing. The fact that I was conned into this room for a price above the actual rate. I will no longer use Priceline for my business trips.
We never got in this hotel. When we arrived at 9:30 am in town to begin tour of park, hotel was closed. Note on door said open at 1 pm. Very unusual for hotel. Windows were open/broken, a/c was not in evidence, no personnel on premises, (cont below) parking lot was empty and unused. We went on tour and lunch and returned at 1:30. Hotel was still closed so we called ahead and went to our hotel for next night. Terrible experience--not sure I would ever permit booking again.
Rooms where clean.Close to Hot Springs. Older motel.
Room was filthy, there were spiders and other bugs all over the bathroom. You could barely open the door to the room and it was just not a pleasant experience. I will not be staying here again!
The bed was comfortable I didn't like the cooling system on how I think blows
The 10 am check out.
it was close to the park. It was dingy outdated and not a place that I would recommend to anyone. The ceiling was water damaged and looked like it was going to cave in and the comforter had a cigarette burn in it. Knobs missing on furniture floors were not clean. Don't stay there!
Pleasantly surprised by a small kitchen with stove and oven. Simple, clean hotel for a good price, which is what we needed in a pinch.
Older, but well-maintained property within walking distance of Hot Springs State Park. (I think I can remember the motel from when I was a kid, some fifty years ago.) Cooled with a swamp (evaporative) cooler. Some street noise. No amenities, but staff is very cordial and helpful. Room rates are a lot higher than they should be for a 1950s vintage property, probably due to Thermopolis' being a resort town. Other than that, I found it an adequate place to stay for anyone who just wants a basic place to sleep.
Friendly staff....pet lovers whose dogs loved to come and visit you in your room It was a quite nights stay in comfortable beds (2 doubles) Thermopolis has suffered tough times and many businesses are vacant and run-down. There is only a Chinese restaurant and a decent restaurant at the golf course close to town. It is a town that has no great reason for a traveller to stop...sadly!
Friendly and welcoming staff. At door parking. Comfortable beds. And has fridge and a microwave! Room's thermostat was broken? Either that or the building's temperature is control at the main office. It was a bit cold.
I was there on work, and I enjoyed the room very much. I enjoyed the in-room coffee, tv and free internet. Thank you very much.
I did not appreciate coming into my room being filthy and the service was even worst. The manager or owner proceeded to bang on my door and be rude to me after I informed them I no longer wanted to stay at their hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, the service and their behavior was rude to say the least.
We were room shopping and they let us see most of their rooms. We decide to stay in the suite. All rooms are neatly decorated but we liked the suite the most. It had a very comfortable king bed! In addition, it also had a breakfast nook- which was great because we like to make a hearty breakfast! and of course we enjoy the hot springs pools.
We greatly appreciated all the help the hotel gave us. We won't stay anywhere else in Thermopolis and I'll tell all my friends and family about this place. Great value, great rooms, great service.
The Cleaning ladies are excellent and helpful. We stay here always as we have relatives in Burlington. We love the pool!
I enjoyed my stay, What wonderful hospitality!
We enjoyed staying in the suite and the adjoinging room 21. We have a large family of six children. We were able to make meals in the oven- we found this cost effective and very accomodating. We also enjoyed swimming in the mineral hot springs and watching the deer in the park!
I was glad to have all the kitchen utensils provided and all the other ammenities. It was also very clean and quiet.
This is a nice little place and they are working hard to make it better. We always stay here
2 Clean adjoinging rooms, my twin boys coud stay near but seperate. We love coming to Thermopolis twice a year for the Hot Springs. I enjoyed the firdges being in the room. The microwave to heat our food was great. We enjoyed staying in the new handicap rooms as they were quite spacious, Nice lighthouse theme rooms.
The rooms are theme decorated and we enjoyed that. We came for the hot springs. The rom was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Very clean. And the TV was nice and worked well. It was nice to have all the comfort of home with the kitchenette.
I Stayed in room 26 and LOVED the beautiful stone tiled shower. I thought the stay was VERY, VERY relaxing and comfortable!!! I enjoyed every moment of my stay!!!
