Pros (+) Staff are polite. Location is good and easy to find. Very nice view. Breakfast is simple but enough.
Cons (-) Hot water faucet handle disappeared. Refridgerator had no temperature control; water dripping inside. Some drawers for clothing couldn’t open. Previous guest’s socks were found in the top drawer. Hard to connect to “free” wi-if at room; reason: too many guests are using. No shampoo; got two bottles of conditioner, instead.

Cons (-) My family and I found bed bugs in our room and the beds did not look like they had been cleaned in awhile because we found hairs on the beds and the TVs are out of date not to mention that the room smelled funny

It’s very pretty all around the location. It may feel outdated to some travelers, in terms of the rooms themselves, but that’s sort of the charm for me. Cons (-) Payed extra since it's the peak season for Sequoia visits. Also, showers we're very weak, so took forever to take one. And whenever another unit would flush a toilet or use their faucet, water would get extremely hot. Lobby constantly smelled of curry, which took away my appetite for the free breakfast. Curry is more of a dinner or lunch thing for me personally.
Pros (+) 1 hour drive from Sequoia National Park where Sentinel Tree and General Sherman Tree are Staff very friendly. One of them was a ranger and provided a lot of information on visiting Sequoia National Park.
