Pros. Great location right by Tokyo station Nihonbashi exit. Right next to convenience store and the neighborhood is full restaurants and bars even excluding the train station. The fabulous staff went above and beyond. They were very helpful when there were issues with our baggage forwarding to a later hotel because Orbitz had yet to give our name to our reservation 2 days before our arrival.
Cons. While the hotel itself very clearly describes its smallest room (at ~17.5 m^2 ~190 sqft) as being a single where they allow two guests, most third party sites just list it as a"small" double. It is small for two by Tokyo standards. If you are two and have more than just carry ons, you will want a larger room. Note they have somewhat larger (~10% larger but still listed as "small" double) rooms that will work with medium checked bags. It is well worth the extra USD $20 for the upgrade. Look for a note talking about the room upgrades or just book directly because it is difficult to differentiate.
