Location. Next to Asagaya JR station two minutes walk.
Asagaya is an interesting relatively smaller suburban area worth checking out and the hotel's not far from the train station. The bed was quite comfortable.
The hotel's exterior was under renovations which I didn't mind too much, but the room was next to a very loud vending machine and which you could sort of hear through the walls. Room was a bit on the pricy side and some of the other hotels I stayed at had an equally good or better location for cheaper.
The staff were lovely, and when we got our check out time wrong (10am, not 11am btw) they were very good about it. Let us leave luggage for a few hours after we had checked out, as we had time before our flight. Over all neat and clean. 24 hour front desk was a big plus. Location was very good & central
It’s small, like really small. We figured out that there is room allocated under the bed for suitcases, which helped somewhat. The main issue we had though was noise. They were renovating at the time we were there, and though we were informed of this, jackhammers started a lot earlier than specified. It is literally beside the platform of Asagaya station, which is handy, but despite double glazing a bit noisy. Also a lot of noise from staff making up rooms, we were opposite the supply cupboard which could account for this, and if you are an early riser won’t bother you, however we were often in late, and woken earlier than preferable by banging, crashing and chatting outside our door.
location is really nice!
The entrance of hotel is a bit hard to find when all the sign was covered due to construction.
