The breakfast is well worth having. There is plenty of choice for a number of cultures including Western, Japanese and Chinese. The staff at the front foyer and in the restaurant could not be more friendly or helpful. The A/C controls for the room really work well. Finally, it is close to the Metro station Akasaka.
The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom took up half the space.
The staffs are helpful and friendly, can help to keep luggage before check in time.
The location is not strategic if you're planning to take train to somewhere else like shibuya etc. The nearest train station is located in 1km away about 8 mins walking distance. 1km is not that far but when it comes to an uphill walking distance of 400m after a tired day of walking, that's a big drawback. Room is small than expected from picture.
Very nice room, they provide very good soap, shampoo and conditioner. The room was quiet. I had a nice view. Great breakfast, very fulfilling. I enjoyed eggs, salmon, sausages, miso soup and yoghurt every morning. And coffee of course. In the room there was terrific air-conditioning. I had a good place to work. The wifi was alright - the connection was fine, but very slow sometimes. The window had a thing to keep the daylight out, but with it opened I had a nice view. House keeping did a very good job too. This was my first hotel on my first visit to Japan and I'm very happy with my choice.
Everything was fine. I didn't have things I didn't like.
We really liked the cleanliness that the hotel was. Staff were friendly and respectful. They offer some services like ; washing machines, free water and even coffee or tea.
In our opinion, they offer a poor breakfast, little variety of food and the quality it’s low. On top of that, they cooked some meals at the same time that we had breakfast and the clothes that we wore it smell appaling. We think that they should improve it. However, I reccommend to spend the days in Tokyo in Akasaka b hotel. Good vale for money.
Safe and quiet area. Seems like rich people work or live around here because we saw supercars everyday.
It’s not that far from Asakasa station but it’s further than what I expected. And we found a shortcut to the station on day 2 before then we had to walk up and down hills.
