Room wasn't clean. This place was not near as good as it should have been
Comfortable with nice staff and a nice location.
I hate that the bar was closed.
The room had a strong smell of air freshener or cleaning product, which I did not appreciate.
The desk clerk gave us the wrong room number, had to go down to get a new room entry card. They didn't seem to have enough staff to give the level of service we paid for. Breakfast was very skimpy.

Pool was small and does not have a Jacuzzi.
the hotel was very very clean and updated. There were no stains on the comforter, holes in the headboard, stains on the carpet or anything. I was impressed. It seemed brand new.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the pool and restaurant was closed.
Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice hotel
Being told that housekeeping would not clean my room (2 night stay). This is absolutely unacceptable. In this Covid-19 world we live in it's a must to keep all rooms and areas clean.
