Nice staff at the reception desk. Very attractive Hotel with excellent Location and very reasonable room rate.
A few small things that can be improved: 1) in a five star Hotel I expect at least two free bottles of water every day 2) no Kleenex box in the bathroom 3) staff was overwhelmed during busy breakfast hours. Breakfast items running out fast and being replaced only very, very slowly and after asking for them. 4) staff answering incoming calls did not make any effort to locate us in the breakfast room when an international call came in for us. As I said, nothing important, but should be improved.
