The staff couldn't be more accommodating!! They go that extra mile to make you feel welcome!! We have stayed a while and they make us feel like we are home!! One of the best in the city and immaculately kept with a reasonable cost!!

Pros (+) Excellent location, clean.
Cons (-) Staff couldn't bother to look you in the eye, much less greet you. Literally every single front desk staff acted in the same reactive manner--only saying hello in response. Linens were scratchy, towels as well.

Pros (+) I travel extensively for business, and my requirements are basic: A clean and quiet room, with a comfortable bed, and a functional desk or workspace. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I received excellent service from the front desk, and this friendly "can-do" attitude extended to cleaning and maintenance staff. I wouldn't hesitate to return!
Cons (-) There's only one elevator, shared by guests and hotel cleaning and maintenance staff, so you should plan ahead for possible delays (or take the stairs if you're on a lower floor).
