Cons (-) Staff couldn't bother to look you in the eye, much less greet you. Literally every single front desk staff acted in the same reactive manner--only saying hello in response. Linens were scratchy, towels as well.

I received excellent service from the front desk, and this friendly "can-do" attitude extended to cleaning and maintenance staff. I wouldn't hesitate to return!
