Great stay, value-for-money

Very pleasant stay, we had a big room during our stay. Also the facilities, the swimming pool and solarium were very good. Friendly personnel, Daniel helped us a lot with tips for food and how to travel. Great guy!

Cockroach (bug) in our room the 3rd night and we needed to sleep in an other smaller room. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a compensation/service for this, what would have been appreciated.

Great location and services. Everybody is very friendly, in particular the manager always available to give you the best tips.

The breakfast was exceptional. We actually tried to extend our stay but they were closing that very day until April 2020

Don't want to say too much as it was closing that day.so maybe about ready for a bit of tlc in some areas. In respect of value for money can't be beaten.

The location was excellent for easy access to the town centre and beach. The staff were great, nice clean hotel.

The noise in the room from adjacent rooms, especially the bathrooms was excessive. Some sound proofing would be good.

I like the facilities and staff in the hotel, must more the views to the beach and Malaga.

Fantastic breakfast & dinner, lovely staff, cozy hotel room (got an upgrade on our second stay). Good value for price if you are looking for a comfortable stay after arriving at Malaga airport.

Have stayed at this hotel twice now and love it, perfect location for beach and the town centre, amazing views from the top, nice pool area, a great hotel.

I did not feel the super room was worth the price.

The double bedroom we stayed in was really nice and the mattresses were super comfy. Shower was quite big and we loved it. They have USB Charing sockets so in case u forget your plug you can still charge your phone and all. Free safe in the room ( anywhere we stayed before we had to pay) . Great location super markets right by hotel and beach only few min away.

The pool area seemed verry dull and cold and not because of bad weather cuz it was really hot outside, they have speakers but never play music, after around 14:30 sun don't shine in the pool it self anymore because of how it's located so the heated pool be nice, 3€ Euro for a pool towel per say plus 20€ deposit seems a bit of a stretch, since you can get towel for 5€ anywhere in the market? Breakfast was ok.

We loved our over allstay

There is a great sea view in rooms. Lots of lovely hot water. And the staff always have a smile for you. The food is fantastic. Access to beach is great and location is perfect for everything. Plus more

A tea pot and boiling water would be great to make a good cup of Tea. We love nice tea for breakfast.

Breakfast was very good, eggs cooked to order and great fresh fruit and breads. The pool area was amazing! Excellent location, very close to beaches and restaurants.

Advertised their jacuzzi on the roof bur it was closed the whole stay we we there. No e plantation at all when I asked the front desk.

Would have loved a happy hour at the pool bar! That’s not a complaint though. Hotel was great! I travelled alone and sometimes happy hour gets people talking at the bar!

The service and cleanliness of the hotel has always been great but since the pool area has been fixed it is 10*. Really relaxing atmosphere, hotel it spotless, staff are lovely, food is excellent and location is perfect.

The gym could have also been upgraded.

Very central location , out the front door and your in town, out the pool side door and just 1 min to beach , with lovely pubs and restaurants along the way to tempt you ... hotel staff lovely allway so polite ... excellent variety of food for both breakfast and dinner , would definitely recommend it.

No fan in bathrooms ...

Location is great on the quieter side of Torremolinos. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and spacious. Pool area is a little small but has a great little bar! Staff were great!

Our room on the 6th floor was located directly below the restaurant so each morning we were awoken at 8am by chairs being moved in the restaurant or by people in heels clip clopping across the floor.

Very comfy beds and spacious room. The hotel is well located. The breakfast is very good.

The pool area is small and it has no sun right after 6 pm (at least in the end of May).

Couldn't recommend the hotel enough, was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Very central to the town and beach, a quick 5 min walk. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the nicest smell was present in the rooms and corridors. The room was cleaned daily. Also, the breakfast buffet was amazing, loads of choice from fruit, cereals to hot food, so much fabulous choice. We ate breakfast ever morning on the terrace with superb views. Lastly, the pool and lounging area was great and we were made to feel very welcome by receiving a complementary glass of cava whilst checking in. Fantastic week in a fantastic hotel.

The lift broke down and we had a lot of stairs to climb. It took 2 days to fix.

The pool area is just the best asset the hotel has , followed by the attentive staff. Always got a bed and great Balinese beds to snooze on . Food also great .

Breakfast was fantastic. Evening buffet disappointing with little choice. The actual hotel room very good bed brilliant.

Our bathroom room 505 the toilet too close to the wall, shower needs repairing.
