Plenty of choice in restaurant. Staff very helpful. Rooms very clean.

Bathrooms need updated.

We booked full-board plan, and all the meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were amazing! Usually the buffet-style meal is not tasty or natural, but almost all the meals at this hotel were cooked really well.

Room cleaning was poor. My son got his foot hurt by a piece of broken glass that remained before we checked in.

Really good for all inclusive, really couldn’t fault it Staff pleasant and food hot and lots to choose and drinks were fab.

End of season attitude. And the pool is shaded from the sun most of the day. Badly designed hotel in that sense

breakfast not bad probably best meal of day

food disappointing for a 4 star hotel very little choice and the same food every day, think i had beef bourguiginon everyday bar 2 and although the meat was cooked nice it was far to many times in one week stay, there was nothing to go with it either maybe 1 veg on 3 of those days...all in all we felt there was no imagination in the kitchen shame because they did cook things they did nicely.

the breakfast had everything we wanted, very good selection. The fresh bread was beautiful. hotel staff were all very nice and helpful when needed. High standard of cleanlyness. Bed was comfortable. Room made up every day. towels changed. Toiletries provided were very much approciated. The hotel shop was good value and cheaper for most things than in town. Lunch and dinner had always something we wanted and had a try at a few new dishes which was a nice change from the norm. All the staff were very friendly and nothing we asked for was a problem.

Fridge in room would have been nice as the water in bottles was luke warm and not very nice in middle of night when it was needed.

Food not great and repetitive but plenty of options

The cleaning staff were nice and always did a good job. The food was ok but most of the time there was not much we as a family could eat as we don’t eat pork.

The pool area was busy and the sun went behind the building quite early , which meant many of us did not get to sunbathe by the pool long enough. Also there was no baby pool and the pool wasn’t shallow enough to allow the little one to play himself.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful . Also the food was very good , however the reception staff should explain to all visitors opening times facilities available instead of leaving it to us.

The room was basic and beds were uncomfortable to the degree I hardly slept nor did my husband. I also was angry about the lift situation and there was no facilities for elderly disabled. Also the use of an iron at 30euros is extortionate.

Best thing about the hotel was the All inclusive

Faulty lifts , shade at pool and a stolen kindle from our room while we where at the pool .

Food was good and branded spirits where available under the counter if you knew to ask for them

There was no where to sit outside away from the smoker's so had to sit in doors all the time the pool only had a bit of sun in one corner all day so had to be up early to get a spot so ended up at the beach for 5days the smoker's were everywhere as you walked into the restaurant you had to walk through the smoke they should all be stuck in one place so we could have some fresh air .

The food and drinks were fine the staff were super friendly and helpful location was fine Entertainment was good it would have been good to have a few theme nights i.e.: 60s, 70s night Tribute nights i.e.: Elvis the Beatles

There was only one Lift working, which was a big inconvenience The Swimming pool was not Child friendly or senior citizens friendly there should be a walk in section

Everything else was fine, food, rooms, facilities, entertainment etc.

There were 2 lifts to our floor. 1 was not working and apparently it had been out order for several weeks prior. At peak times, breakfast, lunch, dinner you were waiting up to 20 minutes. My partner has mobility problems so was unable to use the stairs.

The hotel was very nice and had a lovely coffee shop/bar. The bedroom was spacious and spotless, it was cleaned every day.

The food was terrible and the entertainment wasn't very good. Only one lift working in a hotel with ten floors. No fridge in room to keep drinks cool.

Plenty to choose from at breakfast as at luch and dinner. I went out most evenings so only ate twice in evening and only once at lunchtime. All inclusive so drinks too. Local brands but all were OK and plenty of choice. I liked the terrace bar if you could get a seat outside.

Single room was very small as was the bathroom but served the purpose. I overlooked a dreary back resisdential street. On my side of the hotel only one lift was working so most people walked up and down. when a lift did come it was either full or going wrong way. Took one look at the pool area which was very cramped and crowded so went to beach everyday. (not the hotel beach).

location was ok, but if you wanted to go to the beach every day, it would have been very bad value for money.

the food at the beach bar was terrible , flimsy cutlery, no wine , was worse than 2 star ,as a result only went to beach once , why cant we use the sister hotels restaurant for lunch? vouchers could be given .

Location is great. Staff very friendly and efficient Entertainment average Room quite spacious, but horrible outlook. Was on top floor. Room clean daily. We were AIl inclusive, overall reasonable price for that and the location.

Food could have been better I have been in many 4star hotels in Spain and the food was much better Some of the dishes was nice, but over all not that great. Definitely room for improvement. We booked the other restaurant they have one night hoping it was better, but to be honest the food much the same with less choice. The hotel definitely needs maintenance done, at parts very grubby and dirty looking.

Nice large hotel. Very clean. Food was nice. Drinks were ok. Bus service to the beach was great and having the beach bar and beds was good. Staff were nice.

Pool was too small for the amount of people at the hotel and was in the shade most of the day. Very hard to get a Lounger and if you did you were almost on top of people next to you. Room doors bang shut very loudly. Entertainment was terrible.

The food was really good. The room comfortable. And the location is pretty good as the hotel is close by from the event I was attending. I haven’t used the swimming pool nor the area around it but it looked nice to hang around there.

Unfortunately the staff was rude when I was trying to have a friend of mine visiting me in my room for a few hours. I did pay my room that fits 2 people. In fact there were three beds in my room. Still the staff refused me to have a friend over. They kept telling me that my friend had to pay the price of a new room if he wanted to Stay with me even for a few hours. I was pretty frustrated as I’ve never experienced this in any hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I do accept their policy but I was t confused as I had paid my room for two.... the staff refused to help me out. They didn’t even bother giving me another option, instead they kept saying the same thing over and over again. I work in the customer service industry and I would never be arrogant with any of my guests. This is basic customer service. I definitely will not come back to that property. They lost one guest. And I hope this review will help other people trying to book a room in the beautiful Torremolinos.

Large selection and variety of food available

Pool area not big enough for size of hotel Bedroom next to lift, if light sleeper would keep you awake. Had balcony but at back of hotel...not prettiest.

Lovely, clean hotel with super friendly staff. A great selection food with special foods some nights. Local bus service 2 mins walk away to take you to the beach or into Benalmádena, we did that a lot. The hotel has a shuttle service down to the beach but you can walk it in around 20 mins, lots of shops along the way if you walk down San Miguel street. I great base for our stay, just what we needed.

A strange bathroom layout (maybe because we were on a corner?) the sink stuck out so much you had to shuffle into the bathroom, squeezing between the sink and the door, I’m of a larger size and it was just a bit annoying. Also, the night time entertainment wasn’t great, we just walked down to some local bars or had a walk down to the beach instead. I would definitely still go back to this hotel, it was great.

Couldn’t get a sunbed around the pool so went to the beach everyday instead, the restaurant was overly busy, struggled to find a table and very long queues for drinks.

Pool too packed and entertainment was the very same as last year, same songs , same acts and quiet poor

The location was great and the added bonus of a shuttle bus to the beach as well as the all inclusive at the beach.

When we first arrived the reception staff were a little rude which was a definite turn off.
