Location of this hotel is fab, right on the front yet quiet enough to be restful. The enclave in between the partner hotels is particularly beautifully kept. Everything is spotless. Attentive service in the dining room, rapid clearing away and plenty of fresh food available.

We have stayed before and are used to the slow service on Reception despite there being 3 staff on duty there seems no hurry in performing check in whilst staff continue to chat to each other. It would also be great if we could access the car park on arrival rather than having to check in first.

3 hotels in 1. Hence choice of pools, restaurants and entertainment. Ideal location. Great atmosphere.

Everything was fab so clean lots pools plenty room for everyone, bedrooms spotless, beds so comfortable and amazing rainforest shower , location right across from beach, lovely staff I definitely be back

Location of Hotel was in front of beach, very good view of beach from hotel.

Swimming pool was not at right place, Taxi could not come to the door of hotel.

Food in general was excellent, Hotel has spent a lot of money on updating and the results are great. The pools and grounds are beautiful, and staff are friendly and helpful, location you wont find better.

Beautiful hotel complex. Great location across from the beach. Pools were nice also. The breakfast was very good, plenty of options and variety.

Everything stayed here before it was renovated and it’s a perfect place to stay everything was excellent.

Breakfast, location, staff, shower. The hotel complex were very good. It must be good, we've been going back again and again for 12 years.

No double bed. The balcony looked over on to the hotel recycle bins and delivery yard, noise all day and some of the night. It was the hotels last remaining room but for the same price as the better rooms. The fridge didn't work, reported it twice, got it fixed on the second request.

I loved it all our two kids didn't want to go to bed they wanted to stay up. They also loved the shows every night.

Lovely hotel where you can eat and play at all three, Don Pablo, Don Pedro and Don Marco. Gorgeous food with plenty of variety and really comfortable surroundings. Really nice staff.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. There was plenty of variety at meal times. The property was kept clean and tidy.

It was very hard to get sun loungers and it was hard to get a table for the shows in the evening.

I liked the peace as the swimming pool. The only thing I didn't like was no kettle in my room

The hotel has recently had a makeover and the beds were new and super comfortable. The restaurant is bright and spacious and tables not too close together. We found the food very good and varied and look forward to returning again soon.

Entertainment was not to our taste, and as with most hotels we found drinks to be expensive so tended to use the local bars.

Excellent facilities on site. Friendly staff, efficient check in and out. Will definitely return!

Very helpful staff. Our first night room had smell of drains and they immediately offered to change and were really kind and obliging

Rooms very small and the "standard' rooms all had poor views - looking onto road behind or adjacent low grade apartment buìldings.

Staff just brilliant at and about breakfast. Selection of food really good. Only small negative was that grapes were only available one morning. The staff at reception were simply excellent-- they dealt with our queries over the week in a very friendly and professional manner. Daily Maintenance of our room top class-- well done to your staff again.

We spent a lot of time around pool area outside restaurant ( blue recliners). Seats could do with updating-- showing a lot of wear and tear. We would have liked a tea/coffee making facility in our room.

Breakfast quality and choice very good. Hotel setting inside and outside the hotel, its a lovely setting with plenty of space . Overall for us a senior couple a lovely holiday Jim/Carmel

Location was right on seafront. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Pools are well located with lots of sunbeds & umbrellas. The best part is you can check out of the room but they store your bags & give you use of a courtesy room to shower before leaving after spending the remaining time at the pool side, all for free!

My sister and I liked everything about the hotel. We have stayed in the Don Pancho before and found the upgrading of the three hotels to be excellent.

We were a little disappointed that the indoor pool was not available. But we understand it is under renovation. So we hope to use this next Summer.

Plenty of accessible sockets for charging devices. Extra pillows already in room. Easy air conditioning.

Shower was variable in performance - heat and power up and down. Car park card didn't work we had to keep calling Reception to get in and out and then wait for security guard.

Ground floor patio room. Excellent variety of food and very well served. Evening entertainment was good. My wife and I will book again for the same hotel and service in the near future. Well done, keep up the good work.

Having a bath instead of shower!

This hotel is excellent. Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, helpful friendly staff, great food, lots of sun loungers. Will definitely be back.

Breakfast was very good, al lot of choice! Every night there is a happy hour it's a good concept. You have also enough choice of swimmingpools and entertaiment. The dinner is also good they have a italian coner, sometimes sushi, and the regular: fish, meat, carbs, veggies,....

Dinner was sometimes the same, maybe more variation.

The hotel was great and very secure. The hotel is really clean and the room has all you need. Any time we required help the staff were very helpful. We only had breakfast, which had a good selection. You are right on the beach front.
