Staff is very friendly and helpful.
the rooms are modern and well equipped the noise
Everything was perfect, we only stayed there for 4 night while having been to athens and santorini and this was our last stop at mykonos and they made them last four days unforgettable, they were more than kind to us and couldnt do enough for you and not at all in a annoying way. Great hotel, great family and great experience!!!! Yes that we had to leave could have stayed there all summer...
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The cats were annoying. I'm not sure whether they were strays but they tended to jump up.
The staffs were excelent and tract us like a good friends!!
Clean, quiet It wasn't easy walking up the hill, especially with luggage
location was excellent, only 5 min drive from the port where all the action takes place. staff was friendly and accomodating. the price of 170 euros for this place is outrageous. breakfast was a joke and the rooms quite old. our A/C was very old and noisy.
Comfort - friendly staff - nice, spacy and clean room with great sea view
The staff is really very nice...the building is beatifull and the view magic.... The room is too much old for the price...but this is mikonos!!!!!!!
Above all else, the Rhenia Bungalows was a warm and cozy place to stay mostly because of the wonderful family that is running it. The Fiorentino family is so inviting and their staff is equally engaging and available for any and all questions one may have. My husband and I are are on our honeymoon and were upgraded to a room within the main building. We had the most beautiful view of the new port and the village of Mykonos. The room was clean and the air conditioner was perfect. The balcony was perfect for early morning reading and afternoon/evening relaxing. You will get pretty scorched during the day however. The room itself was simple but perfect for any couple who wants a sweet and romantic stay somewhere.
The location is super convenient.
nice view on harbour, modern room, nice small pool, tasty orange juice for breakfast to get to the hotel you have to walk up a very very steep street, you are completely sweated if you have some luggage with you.. Breakfast was not ready yet at the time they told us at the front desk.. Bit difficult to get around, because the bus down the street is driving only each 30-60 min.
The staff at the Paraision Hotel were great, they made us feel very welcome on arrival and were always around to answer questions. The hotel rooms that we booked were lovely - nice decorated with very comfortable beds. The pool was great and gave a wonderful view of the surrounding area. The only small downside was the locations, which is slightly outside of Mykonos. Walking into the town was awkward because you have to walk on the tiny (or occasionally non-existant) shoulder of the road. We generally took the bus in (cabs are very hard to get) but they were occasionally full and only came once or twice an hour.
The hotel was gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay. It is nice to the New Port which is convenient however it was farther from town and the beaches than we expected. No, it had an amazing view. The room was nice and clean. We would definitely stay again.
Great family hotel, very good service, good location if ure looking for a quite stay, amazing view, good breakfast. The warm of the family, is so natural far away from comercial politeness of big chains hotels. From our point of view is one of the best experience we ever had so far. Hardly recomended for those looking for real things as we had the chance to recive from this mykonian experinece.
Friendly hotel staff. Excellent service. Limited parking for guests.
The staff was wonderful, especially Savita who was extremely helpful. The pool was very nice - not exceptional but very nice. The location is convenient, but to get most places on the island you either need a car or a taxi. The price was very reasonable, especially for Mykonos.
Very, very nice hotel and friendly staff. Good price for high standard.
Very friendly staff, easy access to the bus station and we can even walk to the center for someone sportive
The views from the room and the pool terrace where you had breakfast were spectacular. The receptionists were so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The place was 4km far from the city. The bathroom could be more luxurious according the rest of the room standards. The pool water was very cold.
Friendly, family run, helpful, great breakfast, clean rooms, attractive a wonderful six days
the view was breathtaking .
Although at the end of Season, the Staff were very helpful &friendly. The Hotel was kept very clean, breakfast was excellent-free use of Laptop from reception &receptionist very helpful when we decided to book a flight from Mykonos & a free Transfer to Airport Only minor-the jacuzzi bath was broken in our room-we were asked if wanted to move room but declined-Pool was was running out of stock but was end of season-some people didnt like music being played around Pool Area!
View is nice, Hotel is outdated and in need of major remodel. Staff is very unprofessional and breakfast is limited to few items that are no good. Hard to get a taxi to come close to the hotel so you need to walk with your luggage and hotel tells you they have no one to help you carry your luggage up a flight steps
The supreme staff! It's basically family run, and they treat you like one of their own. Service goes a long way in my opinion. Can't blame the hotel, but it's difficult to get around on this island. Taxis are challenged.
Everything was amazing! The breakfast was unbelievable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bus stop is right outside so I didn't mind that the location was a bit outside the main town. It was very clean and beautiful. Loved everything about this hotel. Nothing
Women were very helpful Men did not listen Took my passports the entire trip and I couldn't get into clubs. Too far from everything Overcharged my card
The rooms were modern good price friendly staff. Pool was very nice. Distance from main town and paradise beach
It is a very charming hotel. We loved our stay there. Although they state that we have free access to wifi internet in the roooms, we rarely were able to connect from the room and had to go to the Lobby in order to use it.
location - design some noise from the children playground near the hotel
The Semeli Hotel is a true find! My husband and I were very impressed with the beauty of the hotel and their outstanding staff. Our hosts were extremely warm, helpful, and efficient. They went out of their way to make us feel at home upon our arrival. We were exhausted from hours of traveling and they told us to take relax and simply take a seat at their gorgeous balcony, which overlooks the sea and town of Manorola as well as terraced balconies of grape vines and lemon trees. They gave us caviar on crackers and delicious white wine while they brought our bags to our room and processed our hotel registration. We felt completely at home and relaxed within moments. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return some time soon!
Even though we were above the pool area, we were still on the ground floor! Walk down the steep hill from main road with cases!
flexible breakfasts 8.0am /12.00, friendly and efficient staff slightly noisy iin the concrete open aur vpassageways outside the romm between 8.00 and 10.30am (when I got up )
The hotel staff members were very hospitable and extremely attentive. The late, full service breakfast was also a great benefit. The internet connection was not strong enough for reception in the room.
The location is great! It's easy to get the center. Nice room, nice pool, nice breakfast and cool bar.
This hotel was perfect. The location was amazing the hotel staff was incredibly friendly. It was just perfect. stay here for sure!
The facilities are great. The decoration is beautiful. The breakfast is the best. Very well located. Large rooms. Bathroom is new, comfortable and clean. Not all staff speak good english. Staff not especially friendly.
good service, very good position booked a double room and anded up in a twin which we weren't happy with, especially when not full.
I like the most my view from the balcony to the island and the sea - perfect! I guess - nothing
kind staff, good service. greate view from balcony
Pick-up service is good. Nice view, swimming pool and staff is very friendly. A little bit far from downtown and you have to take many steps. Have to rent a car/scooter to go out.
Sophia is helpful. The hotel is comfort and nice. We had a very nice sea view from the room and also from the restaurant. They provide the arrive and depart transport service to us. This hotel is located on the hill, so you need to some energy to climb up to the hill to back to the hotel if you refuse to take cab. Anyway, you may use the main road to walk back, though is further but is easier.
Excellent view, good breakfast and very friendly & helpful staff. Not too far from downtown, cost 3.5 euro taxi from downtown uphill to this modern hotel. And takes 10 minutes short cut to walk down to downtown with suprising scene. This hotel is around 5 minutes far from airport. Everything is good.
The fantastic view of Mykonos from the hotel, being up on the hill. The staff are friendly (although not all speak English) but even offer free transfers to the Mykonos town and the port Staying in a double room with a third roll out bed, the third bed was quite uncomfortable and not ideal. The springs of the bed could be felt and it was quite hard.
hotel location is a little far from the center of the city if you are walking.. however if you rent a car or a motorcycle is perfect!
Hotel alkyon is in a spectacular location overlooking Mykonos town. The pool is lovely after a long day and you can watch the sunset from your balcony. Aircon in room is good. Decor good. Clean. If u need washing done the laundry half way down the steps to the town will do it for 10E for a big bag - wash, dry, fold. Drop it off and come back a few hours later - convenient. The hotel is not near any food or drink shops - 5 min walk but down a steep hill/stairs , then back up again -hot in middle of day and poorly lit sections of path at night. I think it is worth it for the view though - much better than staying in town. Taxi from town centre about 3E but can be quite a wait for a cab.
Was a little disapointing, position, breakfast, staff were good. as above
Sophia and her family made us feel at home straight away. They are such beautiful and friendly people. The hotel has a great position on the side of the hill, overlooking Mykonos town. It has great views. The pool area was spectacular. Rooms were big and clean. The fresh crossaints at breakfast were awesome!! Breakfast choices were limited, but it could have been because it was off-season. It is hard to fault this hotel. It was spectacular!
Incredible staff and impeccably clean
The breakfast was not so good in variety.
We loved the location and the facilities. The room we had was bright and cheerful and very spacious in the living area. The view from our room was great! The bathroom was small but functional. The shower closet was confinding. Found it hard to move about.
Location, staff, pool, breakfast, decor, art, comfortable rooms, wi fi acess,
The position of the hotel was ideal for us, laid back but still 5 mins walk to Mykonos Town. Staff very friendly and attentive, nice pool, nothing particularly missing so our stay was quite nice and relaxing. We were given a very nice room with a huge terrace facing the sea and we appreciated it quite much. If possible, we would like to come back.
Excellent location, perfect views, quiet, imaginative landscaping
Right on the beach with nice pool facility. A little outside of town so you can get away from the hustle and bustle but still only a short walk away. Very friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast with reasonable selection. Amazing view of the beach and ocean from our room's large balcony. Good value for the price. The hotel is a little outside of downtown which is good in that it is quieter, although there can be some minor traffic noise since it is next to the road; however, this noise is minimal compared to some other locations closer to town. The walk to town is short but not on the most pedestrian friendly road. I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel again, we had a great experience.
The hotel staff was wonderful. It felt like a family run hotel whose priority was making your stay the most valuable it could be. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi every morning. The breakfast spread was superb. In addition, the pool area was stunning. And all of this was only a five minute walk from downtown! I highly recommend this hotel!
beach/seaside swimming pool breakfast nothing
the staff was very friendly we booked the hotel in order to be able to have a quick nap and a hot shower before our early flight home. The hot shower didn't work!!!!
It's close to the city, right on the beach with beautiful views. The maid service was uneven
Location is good; 10 minute walk to the town center. Noisy - you could hear everything on the road. The room did not feel comfortable and the bathroom was smelling of sewage.
The property is very clean and the breakfasts are great. Above all, the staff is extremely courteous The quality of beds could be improved.
Very pleasant staff, great location, fridge in room half a male genitalia picture on bedroom wall!
Very nice Location overlooking the sea and the famous windmills, Also close to the main town. Nice clean rooms with balcony. Great interiors of the lobby as well as the room! Enjoy your stay!! cheers!
great location could have had more information on things to do as most people come here on vacation
The location is good, with perfect view of the sea and 6 windmills from the room. The inner decoration is unique and charming. it would be better if the hotel could provide facilities for tea making in the room.
The crew was very nice, breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel was very close to the main tourist attractions and beach, great view.
I had emailed to arrange a transfer from the port, but no one was there to pick us up. It is very difficult to get taxis on the island so it was difficult to get to the hotel.
The location was perfect and the installations are excellent. Breakfast is wonderful.
The beds were very large and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The hotel staff were nice also and were very kind to not charge us one night when we were stranded on another island due to ferry issues. Were not very impressed overall for the price; firstly the bathroom always flooded whenever you had a bath. The internet that was offered was outrageously expensive at ten euros for 200 minutes. The rooms were cold and noisy due to beds being placed under windows and the hotel being right next to a road. The decor was very bizarre. Our view was of the surrounding area covered with rubbish and bins - luckily the wind was going in the direction away from the hotel or the smell would have been terrible. Overall not too impressed.
This hotel is excelllent. It is perched on a hill just above the main part of Mykonos town. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to walk down the hill (via various short cuts), but is a moderately steep climb on the way back. The view is magnificent. The restaurant food at the hotel is very good value. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. The pick-up service from the port is a great start to the holiday. Would love to stay there again. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect, although older tourists might need to be prepared for the climb up from the town. On the other hand, the taxi ride from the town to the hotel only costs 3 euro.
The staff were very friendly.
The staff, especially Denise and Stella, went out of their way to insure we had a great stay! Great place, very nice people. beautiful views! The bed was too hard for us, but it was a typical European bed.
The location could not be better! Walking distance from Mykonos Town, but not too close to worry about the noise. The hotel has an amazing view over Mykonos Town. The staff was fantastic and really went out of their way to accommodate us and our needs.
The staff were amazing here, so helpful, nothing was too difficult. The food in the restaurant is also fantastic. The view is stunning. Highly recommend staying here.
Stella, Antonia and Needa were excellent and very informative. I would highly recommend staying at their hotel. When I return to Mykonos, I know where I am staying.
Excellent view, friendly service and fantastic restaurant Bed could have been better. Two pillows per person is my personal minimum.
The staff is amazing. The food is incredible. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well decorated, and has an amazing view.
The view is beautiful and reception is very kindly The room is a little bitter small
Clean and comfortable rooms (best pillows ever!). Very friendly staff. Nice pool. Nice view. Good breakfast. Location: It's kind of away from the town (quite a hike from the town). There aren't many restaurants and shops around the hotel. If you are going to rent a car/bike/ATV, it's convenient enough. But i'd compromise the convenience of the location for the comfort and value Hermes provided.
The hotel was ok, but we felt that the price was much to high for the quality offered...you will find other hotels in the same price range which are much nicer! The rooms were ok and clean.
Beautiful property, great balconies and views, very clean, they picked us up from the port We didn't mind, but some people may not like the walk back from town as it is a 10+ minute walk uphill
Everything is excellent. We feel very good at Hermes Hotel
The staff was warm, friendly and more than accomodating. The views from our room were superb - we couldn't have asked for more! Not one thing.
The hotel was kept exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was of very good quality. The staff was very professional and was able to answer all our questions. Very well maintained property and it was evident that this was not run by people trying to make a quick buck! Location is excellent and transport to and from the hotel was first class. What would make this hotel top notch would be a welcome drink as soon as you arrive!
This hotel is excellent value for money, the breakfast was great & served in a room with wonderful views of Mykonos. Facilites are great & rooms are nicely presented & very comfortable.
Marguerita and her family were more than welcoming, we had a great time, it is a beautiful hotel, and the rooms very comfy ! I loved everything !
Cleanliness....staff cooparative and very friendly.View from room realy nice.Location suited me fine ...gave me a chance to do some healthy walking. Breakfast should have more varaiaty.......same stuff every morning.....very boring.
The view was stunning and it was an easy walk into town. The pool area was very nice and there was a good breakfast. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
excellent service, very nice room this hotel is not near by the beach. you have to pay 5 euro for a bench on the beach
The service definitively specially from Kostantinos at the front desk was something very unique. The view from the room was amazing and I loved the orange juice during the breakfast the best! Thank you we really will be back N/a
Everything except the size of thr rooms. They should be slightly larger for this type of hotel.
The staff there is amazing!!! So accommodating, so kind, just lovely in every way possible! Beautiful hotel, great views, fully recommend!
Amazing views, attentive staff and a short drive to Mykonos the only thing missing in the morning was the Canadian edition of the news they provide.
Luxurious minimalistic decor. Very attentive staff. Great view from top floor. Own jacuzzi. Great room Fish & lobster dinner a bit bland. Could have used more seasoning.
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Beautiful setting with view of the beach. Pool was amazing. Just a short walk to the beach. Food was delicious and well presented. Would highly recommend this hotel. Our favourite hotel in Greece!
Lovely location on well appointed beach Platis Yialos, close to Mykonos town (bus or taxi -10'). Great Spa, very helpful staff in all areas (dining, reception, spa, porter, etc) good cuisine (greek/fusion), good selection of wines, and nice ambiance. Bathroom maintaneance poor (a bit "jaded"- toilet seat supports broken/missing), door of room rattles in the wind (frequent) - fixed it myself with a piece of paper), delivery of gift items ordered beforehand for my wife's birthday were forgotten, follow up poor, (Hotel manager made nice gesture (free meal) in compensation, but was a shame.Hotel quite full and busy for end of season. Seem to have got their pricing right.
Amazing staff and service Short walk to 2 great beaches Short drive to town
We booked a number of hotels through bookings.com for our honeymoon, this hotel was by far our favorite. The reception staff were professional and helpful. Not to mention the beach & local restaurants were 100 metres walk away. Our room was clean and tidy. We also had a beautiful view with a balcony looking out to the med. ps. The water massage was wonderful too No complaints, as mentioned this was our favorite hotel and destination.
The view, proximity to the beach, the staff, the breakfast buffet it was a little difficult to get to the town.
Friendliness of staff
