The surrounding coast is beautiful, staff is friendly the apartment we got was very small, the last mile of the road to the hotel is in bad condition
It is verry charming and quiet plase. One can relax verry good there. It is located near astonishing landscape. The nearby beach is small peacefull romantic place and the last but not the least the staff is verry responsible and open to all our wishes and requirements. the road from the village to the hotel is still not consctructed and it is a little bit offroad experience to reach the hotel gates
Is a wonderful hotel for the families with child under 12 yo. Nothing bad can happen with the child, and the period spent in this hotel will remain in their memories. A lot of games (water and ground), night spectacles for all ages during period. Discotheque and variety of food cover all taste. Guarded beach five minute from the hotels. Two unguarded beaches each part of the hotel, at 20-30 minute Is not about the hotel it self. Is about neighborhoods. For young couple, only, (under 80), is not entertainment possibility in the resort. Only the discotheque, at the ground floor of the hotel. The entertaiment program is only in german. Alternative schedules of the day are only in german.(The staff is speaking english and of course bulgarian)
Calmness, tranquility No espresso coffee
The food was perfect. There was animation for both adults and kids everyday. Very good animators. The hotel has perfect view on the sea. Very nice place. Nothing
everyone of the were so friendly.food was beautiful
It is a nice hotel for children. The staff, especially Eva the sixth floor maid, did not know anything about customer service. For anyone coming from a customer oriented country this is an unacceptable level of service.
Everything was perfect. There was no minaral water for the brekfast. There was only juice but I don't drink juices, I prefer minaral water.
Very clean and spacious studio, nice staff It would be great if the hotel had a swiming pool... but we were told that they are planning to make one next year... let's hope for it:-)
This was our second stay in this hotel and we like the hotel and services a lot. Las year the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was better
Quiet and comfortable hotel with many facilities (good restaurant, wireless internet, gym, tennis court, swimming pool), easy communication in English
The hotel was great, the staff was very helpful, friendly, various food, excellent pool (newly built), very quiet location, really nice sea view. The surrounding area was amazing (The Strandzha National Park), crystal clear water, many clean beaches (lots of small and isolated beaches), superb landscapes. All in all, it was an over-the-top stay.
The best thing about the hotel is the town itself. Sinemorets is one of the few places in Europe where you can enjoy almost unspoiled nature and clear beaches with relatively few visitors even in the busiest season. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful and assisted us with several small things that we needed. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach and the forest, so it is easy to enjoy swimming before the breakfast. Moreover, the hotel resides in a quiet area of the town, and it feels as a house in a countryside. The apartment has 2 rooms which is very convenient for families with children. The swimming pool is a great idea. The food is a bit greasy to my taste, but that was a problem in all restaurants in Sinemorets that we tasted. More children facilities could be added to the main lawn.
the friendliness of the stuff
It's the biggest hotel in the town with large parking place. Hotel is located on rocks, here is no beach naer, so you need above 15 min to get round to the beach through campings. Don't prepay dinner - make your order using menu - it's will be more delicious and value for money. Hotel and restaurant services have to be improve. Non-sea view rooms have poor view. Bad internet connection.
It's a basic cheap no-nonsense hotel with young friendly staff. The location is very good, close to the beach. Ask for a room overlooking the sea. There is a small but very busy swimming pool at the back. Once you've accpted that this is a back-packer type hotel, there isn't very much you can complain about. It was full of Czech and Russian tourists. The management should ban guests in bathing suits and speedos from the breakfast room. The buffet breakfast is remembered for its cold coffee, chipped wet plates and un-appetizing presentation. Lots of pushing and shoving to get to the food.
Staff was friendly, the hotel is 10 min away from the beach. The entire area Ahtopol-Sinemoret-Rezevo is gorgoeus. The Silistar beach (15 km) is probably the best in the Black Sea. You can not pay with the card, lousy breakfast. You can find better quallity at half of the price in nice pensions vey close to the hotel.
