Staff need to be trained on how to talk to passengers. Half the staff would frown at the smallest of requests. In short I wouldn't have taken the flight if I knew the quality of service that was on my eay
Drinks trolley too slow, considering passengers on most European flights are paying for their drinks. Quick drinks trolley with the food trolley coming along behind would be much better, and a lot more happy passengers, One and a half hours,approx., from take-off when the food and drinks trolley, from the front, reached Row 10. Not good Willie!
You should board by seat numbers on European flights. Aisles too narrow on 320's (and equivalent), with passengers putting quite large carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers and slowing everything down plus discomfort to passengers already seated.
Otherwise a very pleasant an enjoyable flight. when the doors closed.
It was part of our hop from the United States to Malaga.
I fly Southwest Airlines in the US frequently, but this plane felt FAR more packed in than those do. Without a free drink or snack, my 3 hours on this plane were miserable. We were flying at night, and they kept EVERY light in the cabin on for the duration. I don't know why they needed so much illumination to push a cart up and down the aisle for the few people willing to pay for beverages.

An Aer Lingus agent in A'dam, where we started our journey, insisted we could not take a not oversized small suitcase w expensive photo equipment on board. She labeled the suitcase to Boston while we were boarding =
(very confusing as per your representative in Dublin who told us she should have labeled it to Dublin), American custom in Dublin asked us to identify our luggage and this piece was on their computer but
NOTHING showed up in Boston nor at our final destination in TPA.

Food very mediocre, old plane, entertainment system not working well in my chair, not sure or I wil fly again w your airline, will probably use Delta again= bit more expensive but would rate them "good".
The connection between AMS and IAD at DUB was simply insane, only 10 minutes to walk back to security, us customs and another security check when the plane from AMS was parked NEXT TO plane I was about to board. Lost luggage in DUB because of it. Very bad experience !!
