The colours and total design of hall/stairs is really nice, easy to climb and enjoy ! Breakfast tasty and varied. One doesn't need a new toothbrush every day. Difficult to get temperature in room below 22 C.
Quite new hotel, very confortable rooms, and nice taste. Service staff very pleasant.
Hotel position is a big plus. It is in the historical centre of Torino , but very quite.
location, facilities, ambiance the hotel staff were very poorly trained for a hotel of that quality
This is a very attractive, modern hotel with comfortable, well-equipped rooms and helpful staff. The location is only minutes from the city centre, the palaces and the shopping areas. The hotel has its own high-security section in the underground carpark next door. Although the staff were very helpful, we got the impression that they were under a certain amount of pressure at times. Two of the lights in our room were not working and, despite reporting this on the first day, the problem was not dealt with
interior design, staff service, hammam service
situation, room was quiet atmosphere
clean, city center, size of the room, breakfast, design, facilities, very good service. I got an upgrade for a small suit.
excellent location, the presence of a hammam bath, good breakfast I would like to get a better cleaning the bathroom
excellent quality of bedding, nice spacious room, functional design, very good location, superb architecture
GREAT LOCATION! beautiful room. quiet, clean, big! the ugliest doors I have seen in a hotel! and weird lobby layout/decor + sometimes "family style" service but courteous and responsive. not practical if you have a car. strange layout of breakfast room leaves everyone sitting tightly around a huge table.
Helpful & friendly staff Bvlgari bath products not for bookings made via booking.com. Lack of privacy: one big table in stead of separate tables in the breakfast room; Big window in the bathroom with Venetian blinds (not closing well) looking out on a courtyard – the other apartments around the courtyard can most likely see the bathroom…
personal touch, location and ambience
the central possition of the hotel
Excellent location, nice decor. Breakfast could have been better.
The location and breakfast. One girl at the front desk was very rude when we first arrived. We had been walking for hours in the rain with our loaded backpacks and just wanted to check in and lie down. I couldn't believe the attitude we got. Luckily, we didn't see her for the rest of our time there.
Nicely designed and big room. Breakfast was rich in variety and well prepared. The spot is perfect since it is on the city center.
The location of the hotel is ideal for those who need to stay close to all city's amenities and main centers of business I found the single room somehow poor in terms of comfort and quality of the furniture, especially considering the price paid for its rent
the location in the historic part of the city , the design of the rooms and lobby . the lack of service , parking far from the hotel . nobody to help you with luggage or to park the car .
nice staff, good location
Staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and well priced and included a large breakfast. The hotel was working with a restaurant next door that supplied good meal at a discounted price. Nice Location in the old downtown. We did not have either phone or internet for four days. The management said that they were installing WIFI connections through-out the building.Hope they have it by now! My experience is that internet connection in Italy are not optimized yet and the legislation is not helping..
location;staff; breakfast(including breakfast room)
easy of use and access
Centrally located. Inexpensive. Rooms were spartan but adeqaute
There was a small problem with the toilet flush one day. I mentioned this at the desk, and by the time I returned to the hotel the problem had been sorted - efficiently and without fuss. The choice at breakfast was rather basic: not a problem for an overnight stay, but a bit depressing if one is there for a week.
Good basic level hotel with great location in the centre of Torino, close to the shopping streets. Relatively silent location. Rooms are not very cosy but functional and perfectly clean. Good and popular restaurant next to hotel, a supermarket round the corner. Most of personnel speak fluent English. Well, as normally in the Italian hotels the breakfast is not very luxury, but this seem to be the country habit. And I hate those hard rubber based baby bed covers they have also in other hotels in Italy (but nowhere else).
central position in Torino quite poor choice of food for breakfeast
The location was great and the room spotless clean with just redone bathroom - nice shower. The staff were very nice and helpful. The price quality ration is great. The first room we were given was very noisy, but when I asked for a change I was given a very quiet and nice room.
I have stayed at this hotel previously and am pleased to report that it has been completely renovated and is very comfortable Inexplicably the lights/AC etc. were turned off on our arrival and again the next day when we returned in the afternoon, strange but quickly rectified
Excellent central location; friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was excellent. No restaurant - but this was not a problem, with so many eating places nearby.
location poor breakfast
Well run hotel that has been refurbished to a high standard. Good location and very good service. Could not find the faults that some have reported.
Friendly staff, clean, nice shower, good airco, central location, good breakfast and lovely cappucino! Busy road, lot of traffic noise.
Excellent location, design of room and standard of presentation excellent. Very friendly helpful staff. More parking!
Location: very close to opera house, theaters, museums, shops, restaurants, river Po, parks, etc. - Excellent individual aircondition system in the room. Rooms should be more soundproof. My room was very close to reception area and lounge. Had all the noise, also from the main entrance door. Not much choice for breakfast. I would rate the hotel 2*.
Superb location, just between Piazza Vittorio Veneto and Piaza Madama, Via Po and bus stop with connection to Linghotto just a few steps away. Neighbourhood with plenty of (very) good osteria's. If you do'nt like the hotel's simple breakfast, try the Cafe des Arts 100 m away in the same street; arty atmosphere, cappuchino;s, croissants, fresh juice, Italian newspapers. With some luck a free private parking place in front of the Hotel. Room, bed and bathroom a bit small.
Nice Hotel just in the town center. Squeezed breakfast room.
location was excellent; the staff, particularly Luca was very friendly and helpful. bed was really hard
The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. I had to change my travel plans at the last minute, and although I would have been happy to pay for both nights, the lady at reception made sure that I only paid for one even though I cancelled too late. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone I know. The only bad point was that I did not have time to stay for than one night!!!
Very good breakfast; polite staff and excellent location in the centre
The hotel was close to the city center. Public transportation was very close and easy to use. Some staff members were a bit rude. Shower water temperature was not hot enough.
the room calm pdj & staff
Payment for accommodation on samsa high price. Got a room in the annexe overlooking the not quite tidy yard. Once in the room above us went, it seemed that go directly from us in the room - no soundproofing and terribly squeaky floors. Total hotel leaves a pleasant impression, and very conveniently located.
Pillopws were hard. Lampshade prevented reading in bed. More light needed
nice palazzo, situated very central in the middle of the old town, all cultural attractions within walkig distance, friendly staff parking fee is very expensive (€ 20 per day)
location was perfect. Staff were helpful.
very convenient central location no breakfast and no tea,or coffee making facilities in room.Drains smell from flushing system. No international TV in room, only Italian programs
The hospitality of the staff; the free wi-fi; the size of the room and storage space; ease of going in and out. Nothing.
It was quite and clean poor or non-existing amenities. No breakfast. Dysfunctional furniture
Location - couldn't be beaten for location Could be greatly improved for marginal investment - towels were an assortment of different colours/types etc Looked like it hadn't been updated since the 60s! Coat of paint and new carpet in reception/hallways would make a massive difference
in centre!!!!!! it's very importante! also it's comfortable and it isn't very expensive! bathroom isn't in the room
The room was not clean
Great location right on the square. Easy walking to all sites. Large room. There's also a lift to help with luggage. Desk staff very nice. No air condition or fan in the room.
The hotel is fine for the price. I got a single room with a private shower at €40 per night. The hotel is centrally located and the hotel staff will be happy to answer tourist related questions at the front desk. Housekeeping cleaned the room and made the bed daily. It is not a luxury place but for €40 per night, I got a clean bed, private bathroom and free wi-fi. So it was fine! The wi-fi did not work in the room, but then: there were plenty of comfortable chairs in the hallway, and there it worked fine.
it is central of torino, just in the middle of via roma
