Pros: Located in close proximity to Rokua National park, it is one of the best options for those wanting to explore Rokua and sleeping in comfort. The pine forest around the hotel is really beautiful, too. Breakfast's superb. The choice and quality are top notch. Dinner buffet is also an incredibly nice option.
Pros: Anu at front desk was so very helpful. She really went out of her way to find us a book on the national parks of Finland and to help plan a days journey to geologic features in the surrounding area. It was like having our own personal concierge. She took very good care of us and with a smile!
Cons: After our 6 night stay, breakfast became monotonous. World have liked to see more variety in the hot breakfast foods. They did have gluten and lactose free options, plus a section for children.
Pros: Staff make a stay super good! Arrangements for my birthday party were excellent!
Pros: Two things to complain about: -No airconditioning - impossible to sleep because of the hot weather -Breakfast starts at 8am which is too laite. It seemed all the hotel guests wanted to have breakfast at 8am (due to departure or outdoor activities). We had to queu 15 minutes before we got breakfast. +The room was nice and clean. +Beautiful surroundings. +/-Breakfast and hotel lunch buffet basic level. +/-Spa was open at 14-21.
Pros: Beautiful place. Also, the hotel is quite big, and it does have a feel of a place which is remote and wild. Hence, it is really nice to find out that everything works, is clean and nice. Also, we got a really nice price, which meant it was amazing value for money.
Pros: The room is large enough.
Cons: My room is facing some engine with sounds.
Pros: Nice, quiet base for exploring the national park.
Cons: The spa section was on the small side. Noise from the restaurant carries to the room.

Pros: Wow! What a beautiful place! Walking around the farm was spectacular. The river, the old wooden bridge, the twinkle lights on the farmhouse...The gazebo...Just magnificent. It did not hurt that everything was covered in snow! What an amazing location. Not difficult to find but removed from the road and tucked way from everything so that you could feel hidden...I was driving in snowfall so I was not positive about when I would arrive, but gave approximate time. When I arrived I went to reception which was open, though unmanned and there I found my envelope and inside my key and directions and info for room. My room was gorgeous and already toasty and everything was spotless. It was also very spacious for me a solo traveler! Large windows all around to see all the beauty outside.I had full kitchen with some provisions already in cabinets, and a kettle ( THANK YOU! ) and also a big bathroom with shower which was very welcome indeed. Breakfast had been left for me and it was enough to feed several people for a few days! VERY VERY generous! Host came by later to collect payment and was very pleasant and helpful. I wish I had had more time to spend there. It was nice to be in a natural setting. Parking right out front. Felt completely safe. Thank you so much!
Pros: Location and surroundings were very good. Easy to find.
Cons: When we arrived to book in, because of them being busy with other functions we were dismissed, which at the time wasn't an issue except other things out of order became apparent. After numerous tries and with the owner's help, we were unable to get internet. The tv wouldn't work and after saying so no one still came to fix or investigate. There was only one bed made up. Clean dishes were still in drying rack and not put away. There was no fly spray for flies. Early in the night a man came into the room as my wife was preparing for bed, looking for a sauna. Breakfast was ok, barely ready by 8.30. The restaurant despite being advertised, was unavailable and we were directed to go to the next village and purchase a microwave dinner. Unfortunately this was a very poor stay and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Zero stars for customer service.
Pros: Friendly staff, late check-inn was no problem. Change of room to two seperated beds was done quickly
Cons: Breakfast : poor choice , not value for the money
