Nice and quiet enough room. Very attentive and helpful staff. It is in a great location. The room was a little larger than expected and the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub, which was unexpected.
No elevator and no rooms on the ground floor. Your queen size bed may end up being two single beds pushed together, but that is not so unusual in Europe. In room coffee is a packet of Nescafe, not what you'd expect in Italy.
The hotel was very well appointed and clean. It was near sites of interest to tourists - an easy walk to Saint Mark's. Some good restaurants nearby. Quiet.
Overall, we did not find the hotel satisfactory. Services were generally poor. No help with getting on their advertised WiFi; blamed it on the fact that we were using a Mac. Phone in room quit. Even when I returned the phone to front desk no action taken and we lived without a phone for remainder of stay. Bathroom not resupplied with soap, etc.; were told our allotment was provided on day one!
The comfort of the room and the pleasantness of the staff.
The available television programs were only in Italian. Also i would have loved to have some warm bites included during the provided breakfast.
It was very strange and unpleasent that the staff don't speak English well enough. It's hard to explain smth.
The room old style decoration.....
the staff was super nice and very accommadating
internet was not that reliable
Convenient location, once we found it!! Rooms were spotless, nothing was too much trouble, ask and you got it. Except there was no coffee in the rooms just tea, and they don't have instant or packets, so take your own. Apart from that, great, would use it again.
The location is perfect, the rooms are quaint and quiet
poor internet connection, indifferent staff for the most part.
Whilst we weren't great fans of Venice we really liked the hotel and used it to retreat from the bad weather and subtle smellls of Venice! We had a diamond suite which was a great space and was a very comfortable room to chill and relax in.
The hotel is near to Rialto Bridge. So, no communication problem even late at night. The staff is well informed about the restaurants and other informations. Their service is very good. The room and bathroom are spacious and tastefully decorated. One can feel relaxed after a whole day tiredness. The location is very quiet.
The breakfast was not as elaborate as expected for a hotel of same category.
Excellent location. Could easily walk to all main attractions. The room was spacious and clean.
The hotel was not 100% completed, there was still work going on in the corridors. It didn't have the new hotel name outside the hotel, made it difficult to find on the first day. I think it will be good hotel once its completed.
