Great location, wonderful breakfast.
Would have liked to help myself to coffee at breakfast. Instead we had to order coffee separately, usually we had finished eating by the time the coffee arrived. No chance/enough time for a second cup.

The hotel is very specially designed. The room was very clean. The suite we booked was pleasant,spacious and with a lovely view. The location of the hotel is excellent ,close to public transport.
The staff at the hotel reception was not always helpful and kind. Employees did not show flexibility for simple requests. For example, we asked to use the hotel's bicycle in the afternoon (for about an hour and a half), we were told that we would have to pay a full day price. One morning we arrived for breakfast and were told that there was no free table and we can’t register. In fact , the host told us to come back later with the possibility that there will not be a free table. we booked from advanced a shuttle to the airport. when we arrived at the reception, about five minutes before we were supposed to leave for the airport,The receptionist told us that their driver had made an accident, and that they would book us a standard taxi.To us it felt like they forgot to book us the airport shuttle.

The Location was good and close to main attractions.
The Hotel did not live up to its expectations, the images and what it is in real life is a bit different. The hotel is overrun by students and its hard to get any form of space or time to relax. It felt more like an upmarket hostel. Had to Que for lifts, drinks etc etc as their were just so many outside guest occupying all the space all the time. The rooms were small and not very comfortable, the look of the hotel is cool but tired and does not have a lux feel at all.

The hotel is very close to the metro station and to the great area of the museum quartier. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, conveniently designed and with very spacious bathroom.
