Bed were broken, very very old hotel, furniture in room falling apart, no tea coffee kettle in the room, too many stairs and no elevator, broken shower, room carpet must be renewed, noisy, you can hear everything, looks old and dirty, no kettle, no elevator, no AC, no hair dryer, no air fan, no coffee machine, no kettle, old building with high humidity at stairs, no elevator, facilities in room were not up to mark, no lift, for heavy luggage it's tough, no breakfast served with the room, bad attitude reception, bad quality room, no fans in the room, noisy, relatively dirty inside and out, no air-conditioning, bad quality building, no lift and had to carry luggage down the stairs, entrance to Kolbeck Rooms is extremely poor, no lights on the staircase, had to use a flashlight to walk up dark staircase to find our room, no fans in the room, in the morning it’s very noisy and the wifi is not suited for work, let alone videoconferencing, it was a little bit difficult to find the place where to check-in, the room was mirthless… there could be some decorate to make the room a little bit cozy
