nice clean rooms . Friendly Staff The food in the Restaurant was not very good
The hotel and staff were excellent in a very peaceful place, it was the ideal place for a romantic and relaxing weekend break for myself & my partner. The range on the menu could be wider and altered from week to week.
the friendliness of staff and locals, cleanliness, and excellent service n/a
The comfort of the room, the friendliness of all the staff from the moment we arrived, very welcoming.
Excellent hotel close to Port Aventura No bar facility,Lack of public transport in the area
The hotel is modern and beautiful. The rooms are huge and well-appointed. The pool area is fantastic. n/a
The room size is quite OK, the room was very clean, it gives you the oportunity to cook in your room, hence saving some money, but on the other hand the food from the restaurant is pretty good, and the menus quite affordable! It is 5 to 8 mins away (by car) from Port Aventura. Great free SPA!! The only tiny bit is that the cleaning ladies did not change the toilet paper. Hopefully a one-off oversight...
The hotel was new, warm athmosphere, rooms were very clean, quiet and the breakfast was excellent! It was included in the price and it had a wide selection of continental and spanish foods. It is nice when you get up in the morning at a hotel abroad, you go for breakfast, and instead of two choices of cereals or a greasy english breakfast (adapted to narrow-minded english tourists that don't want to try new things) you find a huge selection of lovely foods!
Comfort, location, mini kitchen facility. Fridge for keeping the wine cool. Street parking available but availability sometimes a little variable.
The staff is very friendly; there is a nice library with free internet access and the Spa treatments are great. Easy location, close to Reus airport The minibar was empty; the gym is just a bike and a mirror with some weights ... not really worth to called a gym.
The chicks at reception are sexy and nice, a rare combination! Breakfast is only till 10.
The location of the hotel was fantastic There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which as self catering meant you had to get up and go out for a drink first thing in the morning.
very short breakfast\dinner`s time for this big hotel.:(
Food, services, clean. noisy
Hotel was very nice and clean with ample pool area. Breakfast was very disappointing and would not recomment it as this is an all inclusive hotel, I would not consider this hotel for an all inclusive deal based on the breakfast buffet. La Pinda as a resort was very disapponting. Good bus service which helped. Breakfast was very disappointing. The resort as a whole was very disappointing, with little choice of resturant or night life. Spa break as advertised was just access to the spa and nothing else. I think the spa element in the advertisment was misleading.
Only access to rooms was by lift, no staircase. Reception staff nice and polite, resturant staff rude.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at hotel, the staff at the reception were very helpful. We found that the tables in the dining area were a bit too close to one another and also the satelite tv in room didn't have enough English channels.
The rooms were kept very clean and comfortable but a little tired and out dated. The restaurant was shabby and very noisy and unable to deal with the volume of people efficiently. Restaurant staff were particularly miserable and abrupt but, the food was good and there was a wide selection each day. The pool bar and pool area was kept really clean and the staff there were friendly and helpful, not enough beds around the pool and didn't enjoy the fight with the Russians to get one at 8-30 in the morning! All in all this is not what I would consider a 4 star hotel at all yet they are charging 4 star rates.I also think it is worth mentioning that during our stay only 3 out of the 450 rooms were occupied by non Russian guests!!
Calidad precio fabuloso, muy familiar. El servicio impresionante.
Excellant place and happy to accomodate children They could have heated the pool for late deals
The hotel was fine, but we felt that the food lacked imagination.
great staff, great location and excellent selection and quality of food
Large, clean, good value hotel. We spent a couple of nights at the end of October so weather was not warm enough to use the outdoor pools but they looked good, if a bit small for the number of rooms. Good location in walking distance of Port Aventura theme park. Buffet breakfast and dinner included in price - good range of food. Live music at night, large screen TV, small games room. Restaurant a bit like a canteen when bus parties were there on first day - very noisy. Staff at reception varied from good to rather vague.
Reception staff were most courteous and helpful especially Paula! Bar staff unhelpful and dour.Everything in the hotel has to be paid in advance,,,,,,,even the reservation which was promoted on wesite as "guarantee with credit card and pay as you depart"....not so!.Pool was ice cold and unusable.
Hotel was fantastic from the quality of the food to the helpfulness of the staff.Great value. Highly recommended. We are going back next year. Bring it on! Nothing.
The Hotel staff know our family as we have stayed there many many times in the past so it was very nice to be welcomed back by them with such courtesy. The food in the restaurant has definitely declined in terms of choice and quality. This used to be the best 4* hotel to stay in in Salou but I do not feel that this is the case anymore. Sadly I do not think that we would use the Hotel in the future.
The Balcony in the Bedroom. Rudeness of Staff. Very unhealthy food served for Childrens Menu. 20 euro deposit for tv remote ?????
Full board was fabulous - choice and quality of food excellent - restaurant staff excellent, entertainment good, pools excellent, hygiene around hotel excellent Folk putting towels on sunbeds - it is meant to be against hotel policy but it is standard - price of soft drinks in the restaurant - deposits for everything!!!
central to enable easy access to barcelona shopping and fountains, terragona, port adventura and waterparks
It was very close to the Park which was the only reason we stayed there. I felt this was not a four star hotel, at best it was three star. the dining experience in particular was more like an institution that a Four Star Hotel The furnishing in the bedroom was also very basic ie. one locker between 4 people. My children however were delighted with the experience and that was shy we stayed.
Close proximity to theme park. Children enjoyed scrummy pancakes at breakfast.
It is located next to the Far West entrance. The food was quite good. The rooms were spacious and modern. As a hotel guest you have free access to the Beach Club which can be reached by taking the free bus outside the hotel. It is a fantastic place with 7 pools and a wonderful beach view. There is a cafeteria, lockers, shop and towels to be hired free of charge. Not to be missed.... You have to queue for breakfast as it is very busy. You are given a card with a specific time but no one is following this system. The dining room is extremelly noisy.I had to wait for more than half an hour to do the check out so I would advise to do it very early in the morning if one is in a hurry. The problem is that each person takes a minimum of 15mn to check in and there are no separate queues for check-in and check out.
The location, style and breakfast can be considerd as average or above. The rooms were also comfortable.
The location to the park was nice as you are next to the Far West within Port Aventura. The resort was beautifuly decorated as a old far west town and there are many nice places, the swiming pools were nice. The hotel entrance was quite tasteful. The Opera restaurant and particularly a waitresse, was really lovely and gave an excellent service within the resort. The little shop facility is nice, and the large cafeteria has good varied food. The rooms were pretty although small. I found that the reception was very disorganised and slow, we waited there for a long time and there were only few people working there to cater at peak hours. At entry time. I walked in on the cleaner and found our bed pillows had been thrown on the floor while she was making our beds. Which I was quite disgusted to see. The rooms had no soap and you had to keep asking for supplies. The room was tiny and the wardrobe had no spece for a family for a 4 star hotel there could be more details and for the price too. The staff at the Bar lounge late in the evening were quite unfriendly and quite rushed in their service.
meals were very good dineing room staff couldnt have been better rooms were spotless no hairdryers blond girl at recepction was on the rude side and the barmaid with short blond hair sour and wouldnt even chack a smile felt she didnt want to be there at all
The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels given; the pool area and terrace was always clean and very comfortable to lye out on; when a group of young people came to stay they were spoken to firmly about keeping the noise down around the pool area and they seemed to have obeyed these rules; the beach was across the road and also the satellite t.v and air conditioning in the room. I didn't like the fact the sheets weren't changed until 5 days into our stay; the food was only average and the same foods were served every day with the exception of the meat being changed to fish and vice versa; also the walls are fairly thin and bedrooms are all side by side, there was a little noise at night time up until 12 o clock when things settled down better;
It was very close to the beach which was excellent We didn't get a great welcome when we arrived, receptionist wasn't.t very friendly (maybe she'd had a bad day). The hotel was clean but very basic if not a bit run down, could do with a refurb
Location of hotel Tired and dated decor and furnishings.Dark and unwelcoming reception
location of hotel to beach, bus stop outside hotel €1.45 to cambrils centre, food was excellent, staff always cleaning.swimming pool massive. colour of decor in rooms.
Hotel corridors & lobby very cold . No Tea & coffee or water in rooms
Every member of staff that we met were extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect for the park, and the grounds are lovely. Although the majority of the hotel's guests are children, the bed that we had for our 3 year old son was unsuitable, it was squeezed in next to the main bed and therefore the head of the bed couldn't meet the wall and there was no rail so my son kept falling out of it. Also, although the buffet breakfast is great, the food on offer for the evenings is overpriced. The hotel could do with a supermarket onsite or nearby.
Ease of entry into the theme park, closeness to theme park, closeness to airport
Location, cleanliness, friendly staff. The minibar in our rooms are empty. I kept calling the reception for more than 30 minutes to ask for drinking water, but, No body answer the call!
Nice building, perfect location (nowheree near the beach though) priority on the rides Not enough staff, always a long wait for service especially the reception and bar. Breakfast quite good but a bit of a bun fight. Limited menus. A good 3 star hotel in a 5 star setting
Very conveniently connected to the theme park, making multiple visits to the park each day possible. The decor of the hotel room, especially the bathroom, looked a little tired.
I liked the hotel architecture, the proximity to the park, the client service desk service. The towels were changed every day and the breakfast was good. I booked a 4 bedroom room but I got a normal room stuffed with an additional double bed. The mattresses were uncomfortable and were making strange noise while changing position in the bed during sleeping. While walking bare foot throughout the room I got dirty foots and before putting shoes on I had to wipe the foots with a wet towel.
Portaventura park Cleaning, rooms sugestive for 3 stars not 4.
Easy access to the theme park, Evening entertainment, no facilities for making tea/coffee in rooms, lack of english channels on tv for children.
Rooms not very clean smells in room all the time, Construction work near hotel lots of dust. Dust coming in air condition .The shows in the hotel where repeated all the time .Drinks and soft drinks were very expensive.
the location next to the beach was great, easy transport with bus or taxi to town and other locations. the hotel looked a bit tired indoors and did not live op to 4 stars, only really 3 stars. It was very much a hotel for families with young children, and there was no organized activities for teenagers.
The location was great - on beach front, with a large swimming pool. Extras like safety box hire and internet usage were costly.
No, had a lovely time will come back again.
Location, staff was very helpful and nice, always ready to help. The beds were not very confortable.
Location, sea view
The bed and pillows where very hard
The hotel is on a lovely beach in a wonderful town for a family holiday. It did not offer any thing like 4 star service or standards in reception, food presentation, or providing any information about the local area or wider area for excursions etc.
nothing at all no soap or shampoo in bathroom, towels that were thin and a hundred years old
The location is one of the best in area. The hotel is situated between Salou and Cambrils in quiet neighbourhood, just few yards from the beach. Far from noisy Salou, but in a walking distance from nice restaurants and shops in Cambrils. Good selection of breakfast food, everything was tasty. Hotel rooms look a little bit tired. You can clearly see that the rooms didn't go through a proper revamp in the last 5 years.
Location of hotel beside the beach was great. Very nice pool area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a fantasic choice to suit all tastes. Bus stop right outside hotel is very convenient for travelling to nearby towns and Portaventura theme park. Bedrooms are more 3star than 4star, a bit of modernisation required, although the room was clean. Plenty of tv channels, but no english speaking ones.
I booked 3 rooms but room maid did not prepare our 3 rooms. Also we could not use Spa in the evening.
this hotel has really good facilities (several bars, restaurant,supermarket,spa,3 pools, parking). Quality/ price - excellent. the problems with key cards to open the room
Location and sea
We loved the hotel, the staff and specially the animation team. The food was quite good and well presented. There are activities for everyone and it's lots of fun. Surely will come back next year. Thank you all for making our vacations much better than we expected!
very pleasant staff really enjoyed our stay at the hotel the food wasnt great but couldnt fault anything else the pools were lovely and the rooms were great the best we have stayed in abroad. A great hotel for relaxing and for families
the breakfast was amazing!!! there was so much to choose from and all great fresh food. the buffet dinner also looked really good but we didnt get a chance to try it.the staff were friendly, they also have a spa/beauty and gym which was quite handy. the only thing i could fault them on is most of the staff spoke very little english, but we did get by fine, just was surprised in such a touristic city!
we always book Magnolia if it's no space in Puertaventura hotel it is our 10 time stay ther.......... nothing
Location, value for money price for 4 star and facilities no coffee or tea facilities in room but suppose you don't need in Spain. And also heated pool was V cold
very private, very clean , good location. just a minor thing bacon egg sausage did go cold quickly in the heated container.
Spacious rooms, good location. Some of the members of the staff showed incompetence. The hotel charges 5 euro per day for the safe box. The hotel does have a parking which is impossible to book in advance.
We had a relaxing time, in a good location. The hotel is well finished with all the amenities we wanted.
A very relaxed atmosphere The dinner options are not very good
Location was perfect, quiet but close enough to restaurants and nightlife Nothing to complain about
Fantastic rooms with internet
The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable and had a good range of facilities.
large spacious rooms, good variety of food at meal times. We arrived about midnight at the hotel and found that a lovely cold buffet and water was laid out in the dining room for us - most appreciated after a long day. there was not enough coffee dispensers in the dining room and this resulted in long queues for coffee etc.
Life guard around the pool at all times when people were swimming. Ask reception for anything they were always eager to help. Have now stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 5years and probably will again in the future. Entertainment every evening if you stayed in that night and always a good selection of food.
Great hotel near to facilitiies food great had a lovely stay till we were checking out We were treated terribly at checkout by the reception staff and manager. Our visa had authorsied with our own bank when they put the payment through but was coming up declined on their end. They would not accept this and wanted us to pay twice and would not let us go. We missed our taxi for te airport. The payment gave us problems as we had only 100 euro on us and no pin for the card. We pleaded with them to let us go. The manager said that we would have to call family to get the money to go. We eventually promised to send te money by credit transfer when we got back to Ireland. Our bank has given us an authorisation number for the transaction. We were very upset when we left the hotel. They took copies of our passports. We will nopt be going back there
Breakfast is ok. Food at dinner time is terrible.
Good position for Portaventura and the beach/restaurants in Salou. Lots of shops nearby
location, swimming pool was amazing and rooms were big the buffet dinner was crap.... some of the worst food i have ever tasted
It was clean and we was always able to get sun beds, but some needed repairing. No
friendly and helpful staff ;location to theme park; mini disco for kids in evening the pool outside was too cold
Good size room for the 3 of us. No, nothing, it was a good experience.
the outdoor swimming pool, the ping pong table, the billiard and the size of the room. Staff at the restaurant and the lady at the bar were very nice. The rooms are very basic and were not well cleaned when we arrived, and when we made our booking we asked a few things that obviously they never read or did not take into consideration. Some staff were really not nice and that's a pity because most of them were nice and it puts the overall evaluation down. I also didn't like the fact that there is a minibar but you need to pay to just use it. I had no idea and i brought medicines with me that should be placed in the fridge and i found it really unfair. The turkish bath was not working on the first day.
great location, near the beach and city centre, fontains show, easy to get to bus station, you don't need to take a taxi from salou bus station, it's in about 10 min walking from hotel. room was spacy with a big balcony. visit restaurant Arena -located in the hotel building- one of the best in salou check out at 10 a.m.
The staff were very nice, polite and informative.
Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. Excellant comunications with hotel and staff were friendly and polite.
Facilities / Room / Location.
proximity to the ocean, and the main street. I could not find anything like this.
Service, location of the hotel - close to shore
The hotel is very close to the beach, nice refurbished swimming pool and the food is very good. During our stay they didn't serve scrambled eggs for breakfast, fried eggs instead.
pool was very nice. great location beside the beach. rooms serviced very well daily and great pool supervision and kids activities. there were no english speaking kids channels on the tv which is important for those few minutes in the morning and when trying to get ready to go out in the evening.
i really liked the hotel because it was infront of the beach. well, the beds they were uncuftable my children could not sleep.
I liked the fact that it was across the road from the beach, had a great breakfast buffet and catered very well for the children. It was nice that a child discount was applied if children under 11 shared a room with an adult. I thought it would have wi-fi in the rooms and not just restricted to the lobby area. It was also a little basic for a 4 star hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff. A great location in Salou, near to the main shopping street and only 5 mins walk from seafront promenade
city center Internet connection was not working
Central and rooms perfect. Access road not very good with major construction work being carried out.
The location is great. It is close to the beach and all other interesting places (shopping, bars, etc.). The staff was always nice and helpful. The gym is not really a gym. They have 3 exercisers from the las century. Besides we were a bit disappointed of the cleanness of our bathroom. It seems that they never clean the bidet. On balance too weak for a 4* hotel.
3 people in a very small room!
We found the staff to be very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were clean and comfortable . The pool on the top floor was great and also very clean . The buffet breakfast was was really good with a great choice of food and excellent servive .Location was great and close to the beach . The hotel was perfect but the taxi was expensive at 30 Euro to and from Reus Airport .
it was central in city noice
We felt the hotel was excellent value for money especially the evening meals which were fresh, well presented and tasty. The restaurant compared very favourable with the prices and menus in the town.
Staff at the front desk during the day was great Staff in the restaurant was a bit rude. The night porter-receptionist was more than rude. We had to look for him as he always was away from his position, watching TV. And at that time, I was not able to borrow a simple corkscrew what means you can only demand something during the day, what is OK for a 2-star hotel but... this is a 4-star hotel!!!
The pool is nice and jacuzzi is an added feature nicely placed where everyone can access it. Bar prices reasonable. Close to centre and beach. Beds are very firm and can leave you feeling stiff in the morning if you suffer back problem.
The hotel was in the centre of everything that salou has to offer. Was very clean. Extremely small balcony in our corner room. More importantly however poolside very cramped because numerous tables and chairs set up which were not used by guests at all but restricted the area for sun loungers.
Enjoyed the relaxing by the pool, and the restaurant food was good. Soft drinks quite expensive - 4.80 euros for two bottles of coca cola. Quite steep really.
I like the room, the services, the food ,the location near to the centre of salou, near to he beach, near to the port aventura park, tvery clean
Good value for money, convenient location, clean comfortable rooms. Dinner food, staff and room was poor and unenjoyable
Central location to all restaurants and beach, rooms spotless on a daily basis, breakfast fresh and tasty
The general areas, pool, reception etc are excellent. The food is very good both for breakfast and evening meals with a very good selection at reasonable cost. The hidden extra charges: 25 euro a week to use the bedroom fridge, 17 per week to use the small hotel safe and even a charge for a second key notwithstanding that the booking was for two persons. This was not refunded on check out. The check out time of 10am is ridiculously early although they do supply a room to hold bags. In room 327 there was no lock on the safe so it could not be used even if we were prepared to pay 17 euro. The price of the internet is crazy at about 6 euro per hour. In a four star hotel all these charges should be included. The general hotel is excellent but bedrooms are maximum three star. These hidden charges make you feel ripped of-even a three star would not have such high charges. Dont let this put you off. It i
Great staff, great location, great value
Helpfulness and friendliness of staff. The glass doors for the bathrooms were a bit of a strange thing.
Spacious and very nice room, 10mins distant from the Reus airport, bus direct to the airport even in the early morning, the bust stop is right in front the hotel.
Difficult to classify your hotel as we only stayed one night, so didn't avail of any facilities, Your restaurant was closed so we had a bar meal which was very poor. We liked the hotel and the staff were very friendly. We also liked Reus, lots of buzz, shops and sunshine. Food disappointing, but maybe this was because the restaurant was closed.
The staff were very helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location to reus airport.
Easy to drive to the hotel. Own parking garage under the hotel. Great design of the rooms.
Staff were extremely helpful and informative. They gave us information about the fiesta which was taking place in the town. It was great fun.
The location to the the towncenter was okay. Terrible hotel. They did not provide us the correct reserved room. Airco didn't work. Airport shuttle is an ordinary public transport bus, which you have to pay for additionally. Lousy hotel, not worth the money.
value for money
Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, restaurant in hotel
i liked everything about it the only thing maybe was one of the staff when checkin in
Staff poor English
Large bright airy room overlooking pool
I liked nothing about Hotel Jamie i, the reception staff were rude and food was sub standard See above
I felt the hotel was very close by all amenities and very clean and tidy Na
location (7 minutes walk to Danny Boy), price no irons available (we bought one travel-little-iron for 10 euro at the hotel shop), pay for a safe-box (3,5 euro per day), in the evening meal there are no free drinks - no water no coffee from machines - go and pay it in the bar. but anyway it is quite good hotel, nothing awful
location staff in the restaurant were not very understanding. food is cleared away before guests are finished. parking
Very central. Very clean. I went with my boyfriend but certainly recommend for families as there is a lot of activities in the hotel alone for children and very safe. Food was awful but I suppose you get what you pay for.
One can find different activities in the hotel it self Yes, It was a little bit noisy and makes it difficult to sleep in the morning after 7:00 AM
the swimming pool was good and it was close to beach area and close to portaventura. the food in buffet was often cold and not very nice. the hotel catered mainly to spanish guesta and this was reflected in food nand nighly entertainment
It was close to the amusement park. The food was only ok for the price. The beds were horrible. The bathroom could be cleaner. It felt so far away from town.
The staff were very very slow in serving in the bar, a person could have to wait for up to 20 minutes. at one stage they were in the back room of the bar looking out and took 5 minute to come out, it was very very annoying.
Well kept pool areas, activities for children. Location between city and Port Aventura, free access to Port Aventura. "spa"
Lovely setting. My 5 year old really enjoyed the kids club, nightly mini disco and shows. The fact that we could enter PortAventura as we pleased was an added bonus. Staff not very friendly. The hotel does not provide a kettle in the room which was very incovenient as we had an 8 month old baby.
location time allocated to leave hotel 11am t early
loved the beach club! Room no way four star! Floor was only mopped once in our five day stay, this wasnt enough when you have 2 adults, 2 child sharing a room.
The whole package was fantastic. Character breckfast was poor not enough characters.
access was easier to go to the parks by staying at the hotel very spanish orientated not good for irish/english speaking
The quality and the variety of the food in the buffet was very good and added to the experience. The friendliness of the staff. The frequency of the transport service to the themepark. Only a small item but it would be helpful if there was some form of sheltered walk from the rooms to the hotel. It rained during our stay and was the only aspect that caused discomfort.
Vicinity to Universal theme park and town. Indoor swimming pool option. Patio doors. The hotel applied smelly fertiliser to the grass which meant that the patio doors could not be opened. A letter to the manager was issued re this, but no response received.
the food was very good and had a good range to choose from . the hotel was loud as the walls seem to be very thin and very loud from the street.
I like the location , food and comfort. I dont`t like TV channel`s because they have only 15 channel`s booring.
fine hotel for that sum of money, but they don't wash dish, so it was really dirty.
Value for money. Clean rooms. Lots of food Lots of food but quality was average
Rooms, food, comfort. Wonderful location - the sea is near, clubs too, but it is not noisy. It is not enough sockets in hotel rooms. Especially when there are two people living in it
Location: nice beach is not far from the hotel, the bus stop is near, the food is ok (breakfast and dinner), Salou center is in 10-min walk distance There was a smoking smell in our room, the new towels smelled not nice; only one available outlet was found in the bathroom (another one is for TV). Rooms are old. Very noisy - from neighbours (tiny walls) and from the street. None of hot beverages (tea/coffee) are served at dinner
quality and selction of food
The pool was not too busy, always sun loungers available. Clean rooms. Close to 2x beaches. Close to bus stop. Supermarket on the corner. A good hotel to stay in for a week or less but not for any longer. Close to airport. It wasn't very clear how to get drinks at dinner. We were surprised to be locked out of our room before checking out.
Very close to beach, excellent choice of food in buffet breakfast and dinner, comfortable new building, good value for money You need good ear plugs for the stay - very noisy outside with programme in other hotel terrasses going on late and noisy young people out right through the night. Also walls between rooms are very thin.
It was central The food
Great location Parking problems in high summer
The food and service is good. The rooms are fine and clean but you can hear conversations of people in rooms adjacent. The location is good and near the bars, beach and bus services. A few of the male staff in the dining room are a bit ignorant and impatient. Some of my wife's clothes went missing from our room,,,nothing significant but still it was disturbing for her....
Sixth floor, windows to the back and noisy neighbours
helpful staff, clean and nice decor, food choice. entertainment
The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the duration of our stay. The hotel was in a central location, just five minutes walk to the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily by hotel staff. The roomns were well air conditioned and had a nice balcony. There was a wide variety of food for breakfast and dinner, something to suit everyone. We stayed here from the 25th-30th September and we were the youngest in the hotel by a mile. Everyone was at least 60+. There were only a few young couples and a few families with kids but the majority were retired couples. The entertainment in the hotel at night was to suit the elderly so we literally stayed there to sleep and eat.
nice hotel very modern food good ideal location for salou and nearby area would stay there again
Central location in salou clean rooms and staff friendly.buffet breakfast good and cost reasonable. Small pool .some rooms with small shaded balconies, dinner buffet quality hit and miss.
I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and pool. The pool closed too early.
First impressions count, and on our first night the reception staff were gumpy to say the least, restuarant food appalling, drinks and internet very expensive..... however the food did improve slightly the next evening.
rooms very clean, food to a good standard international drinks to expensive
