Cons (-) Staff was not friendly nor did they offer any information about the hotel. When I asked information they were short . Had to kinda figure out the navigation of hotel through trial / error . Parking is a pain. Upon my arrival no valet , valet appeared on Friday night. Overall rating of hotel "ok" .
Pros (+) I enjoyed the area. Lots to see and do within walking distance.
Pros (+) I was very pleased that I could get an early check in. I liked having Starbucks Coffee in the room. The shower head was nice and had great water pressure. The bed was very cozy. Parking was very convenient.
Cons (-) The remote didn't work very well on the TV and there was no guide channel or print out that I could find. The complimentary bath products could use an upgrade. When I called for an early check in I was told that it shouldn't be a problem since there were many vacant rooms available. I was slightly dissapointed to then be assigned a room with a poor view.
Cons (-) They were having some technical difficulties with the AC but it wasn't a big problem.
