Great breakfast, good Spa & pool facilities. Location is excelent to visit everything by foot.
Heating system is terrible, very noisy in all 3 rooms our group had. Even turned off you could hear the fans from other rooms I guess sounds travels.

The breakfast and kitchen gallery. This was a 5 star experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice lounge area. Very luxurious beds and sheets. Might be too soft for some. Excellent and early cleaning of rooms. Free mineral water everyday. 24/7 room service with lots of choice and no extra charge. Good WiFi. Nice with free weights at the gym. Staff left homemade Christmas cookies in room at arrival - very nice, thank you.
Ive stayed at the sofitel in Budapest and was very satisfied. Thus I chose sofitel for my stay in Warsaw, expecting similar experience. I was disappointed that the hotel didn't seem modern or luxurious as a 5 star hotel should be (looked like this online). Old carpets and interior design. Same with locker rooms when changing for pool area. Would be nice to have updated fitness equipment since this also seemed outdated, but good choice anyways. Pool was very cholorific. Would have been nice with salt water instead. Also, the choice of massages was too expensive.
