The couch in the room was stained. For the price, the bedding and carpet could have been better. And except for Inga at the front, the customer service was mediocre.
Pros. The location was good
Cons. The staff was rude and unhelpful.
Pros. Very clean! No issues there at all. And I got a first hand look as I was vomiting into the toilet of our room.
Cons. Smelling drugs being smoked. The all inclusive, but not at all inclusive package. Over charged and having to argue about the charges at the front desk in front of other patrons rather than to the side. Getting sick from cross contamination of foods.
Pros. This hotel is located near the Foggy Bottom/Dupont Circle neighborhoods and is close to the Foggy Bottom Metro Blue line. This makes it easy to get around town and see the tourist sites. The hotel feels brand new and is very clean and nice. Breakfast is great.
Cons. Would have been more convenient to be a little closer to tourist areas, but this was a nice compromise because of the lower cost.
