Kenny, at reception welcomed us with a lovely glass of champagne. He was professional, friendly and knowledgable, suggesting Le Diplomate and making the reservation for us. Ali, the valet, was efficient and very polite, and pointed out room features, making us feel at home. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the bathrooms are large and very clean, with toiletries with the RC signature fragrance.
Loved it ALL.
I absolutely loved the club lounge. An the hostess was a complete joy. He was so helpful and cheerful.
Great facility, accommodating staff. They came and did an extra cleaning in my room upon request. Also, they have done a great job of frequently sterilizing tables in the lounge while people are worried about coronavirus! Overall great experience.
Nobody told me it was an extra charge to use the equinox gym. Seemed like it was free for hotel guests. Only $15 so totally fair px for an equinox pass but they just should’ve said something.
As must as it cost, more stuff shoulda been free
Greetings offer water and Champagne
