Pros. The restaurant downstairs was good. The staff is what made it great. The front desk was very helpful. Rooms were clean and the hotel overall was well maintained.
Cons. There was a smell in the lobby area the entire week I stayed there on business. My room initially smelled also but it disappeared after a few hours. Not sure what it was but it was not good.
Pros. Great location - easy to get to and with electronic key, I don't need to ever interact with the front desk staff. Just come in go to my room, and when I'm ready to leave, just leave. Makes it simple. Also, there are times when the prices are great (under $200) for a room. Makes this my go to hotel when in DC (especially for meetings, etc., in the Georgetown area).
Cons. Sometimes the hotel rates balloon up beyond $300. Not to happy for a Hilton Garden Inn to be that expensive.
Cons. Temp regulation a but off.
Pros. There location was great. The staff was greater.
Cons. A few small issues with the blackout blinds randomly opening
Pros. The staff was amazing. They were extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel just based off of that. Lao, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Awesome location.
Pros. We stay in DC a lot but first time in this hotel. Very clean and great service. The attached restaurant/bar was very good as well with excellent service, nice selection and very reasonable DC prices. The area is good and this hotel is well situated.
Pros. Great location in the west end of the city close to Georgetown and DuPont Circle. Walgreens is across the street, as well as a Ritz Carlton. The bar/restaurant had good American fare and it's a good place to unwind.
Pros. The staff - from the front desk to the man who greeted us at the door -was very friendly and welcoming!
Cons. When we asked for a late check out then extended our time by 30 minutes only. That seemed silly.
Pros. Clean Recently renovated Kind staff Late checkout (12pm) Excellent location
Cons. Very small pool Mediocre restaurant
Pros. Great location. Very clean. Great rooms. Great showers and Neutrogena bath products.
Cons. I only gave the value three stars because it was $400 a night. HOWEVER, it was a big weekend in DC and all hotels were ridiculously priced. But since I don't know what the normal rate is, I have to say it was not worth the price.
