No parking, No frech breakfast available, bad location
Nice and clean
It looks like it’s in the ghetto
The staff was so amazing. Things are certainly different with Covid ordeal going on, but each staff member I encountered sure made it seem like all is ok. I was impressed by how friendly & they went above & beyond for all of my family each day.
The Covid ordeal & not having full breakfast, but that can’t be helped.
Everything ,I couldn’t leave due to no parking The people rude not helpful at all
The staff was nice
Our fridge didn’t work, so the maintence person brought us a new one that also didn’t work, upon further investigation I discovered none of the outlets along that walk actually worked and therefore I moved my fridge to a different area of the room, this was after losing the $50 of fresh food I had put in the fridge the night before. The hotel gave us two towels total to begin with until I had to ask for more which took a while to arrive. Throughout my 6 day stay no one offered to come get the trash until I asked for them to collect trash and used towels from outside of the room. The “parking lot” where they recommend you to park had a man passed out in his own vomit in front of the fence. Ended up paying $20 for a covered garage nearby because it felt safer. There are tons of homeless people in the area, including outside the door of the hotel bombarding you for spare change. My shower door was broken and it took 3 days of me pestering staff to get someone to finally come up and fix it. This area isn’t super far from the Capitol, maybe 2 miles or so, but the traffic is insane, so the scooters are convenient when you can find them, when they’re not being kicked down or hoarded by the homeless in the area. Be prepared to shut the blinds at night because the hotel is in a high crime area and police and other emergency services are constantly going past the window at all hours of the night.
