Great service, clean room
Pros. Very friendly and helpful staff, including housekeeping. Everything else was excellent, especially for good rate we had gotten through Kayak.
Pros. The service was great.
Cons. The overall hotel was just blah. The walls are thin and the hotel is located next to a fire station and so we heard sirens all night. Our hotel room overlooked dumpsters but we weren’t expecting much more. The room overall just felt shabby and needing updates - wall paper bubbling, chipping tub tiles, etc the bed wasn’t the most comfortable either but it was good for what we needed - a place to sleep. However the parking situation was the most irritating because to park is $50 but we were told if we stayed less than 24 hours we would only be charged the hours we parked. This was not the case and still had to pay the $50 for only being parked there for 18 hours.
Pros. very nice hotel, comfy beds. Great location.
Cons. Price
Pros. Decor was nice.
Cons. They were 2 hours late for check in and did not offer any type of reconciliation for that. When we finally got to the room I noticed the tv and dresser was a little dusty. The location is terrible, right next to a firehouse. There were loud noises of people and the fire engines at night. Also, right next to a homeless center with people just hanging out in the streets nearby. The room decor was nice but sheets felt like paper. I would not stay here again.
Cons. There was a hidden "Service Fee" $52.00 tacked on at the end. When I booked I thought I was getting the real price.
Pros. The hotel is very nice and up to date overall. FYI if you get a good deal your going to get a small room with a even smaller bathroom.
Cons. While checking in, a friend and myself was told the pool for closed for an event(it was 98 degrees )! One of the main reasons we even picked the hotel was for there rooftop pool. After getting in the room I then called the operator because the staff at the front desk seemed unsure and it was three of them. All i asked was, when was the event going to end ? We then went to the roof top for drinks and seem guest kids etc in the pool. We then asked the bartender about the event, she had no clue what we were talking about.
Pros. Breakfast was not as advertised Hyatt across the street has buffet that was way better or the West Wing Cafe across the street was more affordable
Cons. Pool not open because they didn't get the chemicals test early enough before the open time , act not working , room not clean, no tub , can't check in until 4 pm
Pros. - Great location. - Friendly staff.
Cons. - Gym doesn't seem to be well maintained. - Noisy.
