Service at its Finest
Best hotel I have stayed at in many years.
Consummate and sublime
Without a doubt, the finest hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything from the front door to the linens was near perfect.
Quiet Boutique Hotel
The hotel is ideally located in that it is walking distance to the White House and the Washington Monument. The room was also nicely appointed and clean. The staff was very nice and responsive. Service was on par with a 5 star experience.
We booked the premier room through Kayak. The room we were give. Was TINY - e.g. distance between dresser and the bed was probably less than 2 feet. If I were a solo traveler, this would not have been a problem. However, with a toddler, this became an immediate safety concern. We upgraded to a deluxe room.
The Jefferson Hotel is an iconic property in the nation’s capital city of Washington DC. A boutique property, it features lavish interiors and an incomparable location steps from such landmarks as the White House, the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, the Capitol building, the White House, and more. Other sites nearby include the Newseum, the National Mall, the National Portrait Gallery, the International Spy Museum, the Smithsonian Institute’s different facilities, and the Jefferson Memorial. The Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is less than four miles from the premises, and the city's major loop shuttle routes are steps from the front door, allowing guests to enjoy the easiest experience of the city at any hour.
The beautiful hotel, which is home to actual documents and belongings of Thomas Jefferson, features a long list of premium amenities and services. There are three well-liked restaurants (Plume, Quill, and The Greenhouse) serving three meals daily. Yet, there is much more to this pet-friendly establishment. There is a ticketing desk, free Wi-Fi and secure parking, a fitness center, a spa, concierge desk, 24-hour front desk, laundry services, some business support, pet services, and multi-lingual staff.
The rooms are also opulent and divided into suites and rooms. They have stunning décor and amazing views, along with 24-hour room service, direct-dial phones, sitting rooms, large and private baths, premium toiletries, and an entertainment system.
The Jefferson Hotel is a long-treasured establishment that allows travelers to enjoy a fantastic location and lots of luxuries during a visit to the capital.
