Cons: No one was at the desk for checkin for an hour. Rang the bell over and over and also no one answered the phone after calling 12 times. Finally she showed up in her car all sketchy. We said we were waiting to checkin for an hour and no one was here. Then she was so rude saying that she has "errands and a life" and we asked for a refund and she refuses and walked away from Us.
