Pros: The car was in good condition and the staff was very considerate and professional and the price was reasonable..
Cons: The location was a little difficult to get to but a friend dropped me off and the office staff gave me a ride after drop off.

A good experience
Pros: The office personnel were pleasant, the car was clean, and everything was satisfactory. There was some uncertainty about the amount of the bill, which had been prepaid
Cons: The clerk was newly hired and was thus not as efficient as she will be after she has more experience. She was pleasant and followed her suervisor's directions. It was not a bad experience.

Car was is Salinas not San Jose
Cons: I asked for a car in San Jose it showed up in Salinas so I had to pay for the car and rent another car anyway. Total waste of money

There was no rental agency and no car!
Cons: I arrived to pick up my car to find no Hertz rental agency. I called the contact number on my reservation and was given a new address. There was no rental car there either. I was left without a car and my weekend plans were screwed up. I will never use kayak or Hertz to rent cars again.

Cons: The car assigned to me was ready when I arrived. When I turned on the A/C, it made a loud and annoying fan noise. I to the Hertz agent, who began to tell me that this is the way it sounds with this model. I disagreed, and he argue as if a 22 yr old car rental clerk is an A/C expert, and that it should sound like a dentist drill. Another agent noticed our discussion and came to check the car, and immediately determined the car is defective. They claimed that there is only one other car available, a little hatchback, covered in dirt. Smaller than what I paid for. We ended up driving to the airport with a carry on luggage sitting on the lap of one of the passenger. When I returned the car with the complaint, they argue again that a Yaris hatchback is an economy car.

Worst Service Will Never Use Again
Cons: I selected one city as the pick up and drop off, once confirmed realized they'd stuck me in a city 30 miles away. I was unable to change the location - Hertz said they couldn't do it and car rentals.com said they couldn't make any changes that Hertz had to. Took me nearly an hour to get a representative smart enough to be able to handle this. Horrible service.
Pros: Friendly staff. Excellent cars and prices! No problems at all!

Pros: All staff were professional and on and the same page. I had interaction with 6 employees in the coarse of securing a car and returning it. They all appeared to enjoy their work, answered my questions courteously, thoughtfully and knowledgeably. Enterprise company policy is pretty straight forward with more consideration for their customers than all the other national rental agencies I have dealt with. I found Enterprise to be "As Advertised" Refreshing!
Cons: Limited hours on the weekend were more than made up for by the fact that I could change my contract without penalties.
