Actully I was surprised with the hotel, badly. It was always noisy because of renovvation and with very poor quality of rooms.
Breakfast was very fine
Clean, good breakfast, friendly with dogs Lift was too narrow, parking
Everything was positive. The hotel is newly refurbished and the staff very friendly. Check the bill; i only realised it while being 50km away that I paid more than what I booked the hotel for.
Nice ambient, clean room, good food,.. No air conditions in the room!!!
The whole area is being dug up at the moment and it took us 1.5 hours to find the hotel and there is constant noise from the digging in the street. Its should be avoided until Sept 08 until it is finished. Because of the renovations I assume, the restaurant is closed except for breakfast. The reception is large and (looks) grand the rooms are pretty ordinary. I'd advise to look elsewhere
beautifull room and hall with interesting picutres of jim morrison and einstein, in a heart of town (its a really wonderfull town-i would like to go there again), good breakfast, clean, upstairs is a market and places for parking nothing
town center hotel undergoing reconstruction, rooms OK, but entrance, walking paths and lift a mess. Should be a warning on the website and is worth a discount.
a good sleep no
Nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel manager looks like the voice over guy for the Simpsons, which amused me no end. The rooms need some maintenance, loose / not working light fittings and the shower head didn't spray properly
Well-kept hotel, interesting building, very convenient, in Wels town centre. Currently (11/08) the foundations of a new building being dug across the street, so a little noisy on weekdays. Not the hotel's fault of course. 2 of the 4 of the 'vegetarian items' on the menu contain fish!
Very friendly helpful staff. Good location in the centre of the town.
smoking!! no tea making facilities in room.
Great breakfast The hotel restaurant was not allways open (kitchenstaf was working at an other event), only a litlle menu choice was availlable during opening hours
Very clean and excellent room. Quiet location with safe parking facilities. Close to major highway for those traveling through the area. Good breakfast and polite and efficient staff. We stayed at the hotel on route to Croatia and we liked it so much that we also stayed at the hotel on the way home. The hotel might consider installing air-conditioning for hot summer days.
the help of the staff there, excellent no
Price , 124 Euro/night, is quite expensive for such hotel in Austria. Parking is also too small and it is better to arrive early if you want a place.
The hotel equipps a wide slection of teain the breakfast. The room also serves the tea maker machine and is very conveninet to make one when wake up in the morning. During checking, the hotel brought me to the Bayrischer hof. The reason is staff could not identify when the booking is from Alexandra or Bayrischer. It is strange, I offer the booking recipt and they shall check it first before I went to Bayrischer and found out no internet connector.
Location; cheap. Interlaken is a hideously expensive place to eat out
Everything was brilliant. I don't have any objections.
Breakfast was superb. Room clean and tidy.
The staff, including the restaurant staff was very kind and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast Lack of advice on activating electrical supplies in room. Access to rooms - up & down stairs after exiting lift with luggage not easy
great help vrom the staff in En glis and they appeared to enjoy giving iy no weekend restaurant.
The smell of cooking - close to the elevator.
Quality of breakfast was good Rooms very dated - in no way deserves 3 stars
Breakfast very good the bathroom light is on a timer and goes out when you are in the shower also there was no Air Con, and its very hot in July
The bed was a little bit to soft for me.The soap container in the shower was empty.
the swimming pool was warm, and although it was 3C outside, I could still use it. very relaxing. very reasonable dinner : half pension costed 16€ 4 dishes. some part of the spa smelled a bit
Excelent relaxation centre Crystal Spa
Big rooms and bathroom, relax area, swimming pool
good location, nice hotel
Restaurant:meals and smoking area No bad points: may be next year improved... Parking and airco/rooms
location and partnership with "Kurort Bad Schallenbach"
no fresh sqeezed juice for breakfast, some construction works is going behind the hotel (we had the room on the oppsite site so we were happy with location, but one thing is important: the bad there is aquapark actually and lots of kids in there in july and august.
The interior of the hotel was very beautiful, full of harmony. We stayed in a Deluxe room (although we had booked the standard one) and it was especially lovely.
good location, right next to the big park and close to the city center; very nice golf course only 5 minutes by car from the hotel; different running (walking) tracks in the park not only for beginners, but also for advanced runners breakfast was limited for 4stars hotel
Friendly staff, leisure facilities and value for money. None.
Very good owner , near the spa eurotherme and also near the village centre with possibilities to eat typical Austrian food- can recommend typical Austrian pub called Hametner Gasthof just about 7 minutes by walk nearby in the vicinity.
We booked a three person bedroom for one night, the room was clean, basic and big with a standard bathroom and there is a common kitchen. Ideal for overnight when you are just passing through Austria on the highway. Basic clean accomodation for a good price! As there is no reception it would be nice to get an email or some information in avance on how to enter the hotel after booking.
1/ Close location to motorway on the way from south to north of Europeans countries, 2/ Available rooms with diferent persons capacity, 3/ Parking for cars None
The member of the hotel staff I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is really too expensive for what it is, considering it is a long way from the city centre, in an industrial estate and with no wifi internet.
