Pros (+) The staff was very friendly! When we were checking in, there was another group who was having difficulty with their reservations and the lady helping them was very apologetic and trying her hardest to help them. One of the people with us needed to do some laundry while on our trip and they were very helpful with that by providing laundry detergent.
