Pros. The room was comfortable. I like the layout of the room. It was clean but well used.
Cons. However, it's pretty dated. Everything has a worn-down feel to it. The free breakfast isn't great. The eggs are always way undercooked and watery. I typically ate a bowl of cereal because the food just tasted bad. Also, there is no room service which sucked.
Pros. Bed was comfy

Cons. The hotel had roaches, the room had full instead of queen beds, the pool area was not nice and being worked on noisily, and the elevators were very slow.

Pros. I stayed at this hotel for the Sunfest festival held on the waterfront in downtown West Palm Beach. I loved that hotel offered free shuttle service to/from the festival at any time between 10 am and 12:20 pm. This meant we could come & go as we pleased without having to wait more than 10-15 for a shuttle. We also utilized the free shuttle service to Cityplace for a nice dinner out as well. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly & pleasant (front desk clerks, breakfast servers, shuttle drivers, and bartenders). Also, we liked the free happy hour from 5-7 each night and the amazing free breakfast. The breakfast wasn't your standard cereal, yogurt, toast breakfast either, but made-to-order omelets, pancakes, bacon, fresh fruit, etc. So to summarize, we got free shuttle service, free breakfast, and free drinks at happy hour, all while dealing with an enjoyable staff and a beautiful room. We'll be coming back next year for sure!

Pros. The room was very clean and modern. The free breakfast buffet was great, just get there before 8:30am because that's when the crowd starts to come in. Didn't have time to check out the rest of the facilities since we were only there for one night for a volleyball tournament. I would stay at this hotel again if I was in the area.
